“Despacito” dominated 2017, but it’s still bringing success to Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee – the artists are the leading nominees at the iHeartRadio Music Awards. IHeartMedia announced that Fonsi and Yankee scored seven nominations each, including Song of the Year for the tune’s version with Justin Bieber.

The fifth annual awards show will be held March 11th at the Forum in Inglewood, California. It will air live on TBS, TNT and truTV.

A slew of artists are behind the Latin hit makers with five nominations each, including Bruno Mars, Taylor Swift, Rihanna, DJ Khaled, Shawn Mendes, the Chainsmokers, Ed Sheeran, Camila Cabello and Khalid. Tracks battling “Despacito” for Song of the Year include Mars’ “That’s What I Like,” Sheeran’s “Shape of You,” the Chainsmokers and Coldplay’s “Something Just Like This,” and “Wild Thoughts” by DJ Khaled, Rihanna and Bryson Tiller


Taylor Swift is set to unveil the official music video for the song “End Game,” featuring Ed Sheeran and Future.

Swift made the big reveal on her app, “The Swift Life”: “I wanted to let you know first, the End Game video comes out tomorrow!” the singer shared. “Gonna be posting a few pictures on here before the trailer premieres on GMA tomorrow.”

A fan account shared the update via Twitter. Michael Strahan and the Good Morning America crew confirmed Swift’s message, announcing that the “End Game” video will get its first look on the ABC morning show today.

Last month, rumors circulated that Katy Perry would make a cameo in Swift’s next music video. 


Hailee Steinfeld is giving fans a sneak peek at her new song “Capital Letters.” The 21-year-old singer and actress is set to drop the new song as part of the Fifty Shades Freed soundtrack later this week.

She took to her Instagram to share a snippet of the catchy song. “Here it is…a little teaser of #CapitalLetters off the #FiftyShadesFreed official motion picture soundtrack is coming this Friday January 12th! Get it the same day when you pre-order the full album,” Hailee wrote along with the video.

The song features Bloodpop and will be released on Friday, along with the rest of the soundtrack. Steinfeld joins artists like Sia, Ellie Goulding, and Dua Lipa, who also appear on the soundtrack to the movie, which hits theaters February 8th.


After setting social media aflame with her on-air request for hot tea while performing during Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest, Mariah Carey is taking her tea meme to a line of official “I Was Told There Would Be Tea” merchandise.

“#Lambily, you asked for it!,” Carey shared on Instagram with a link to the items, which includes three different shirts and one mug. “Here are some tea-shirts for you.” Two of the shirts and the mug are emblazoned with “I Was Told There Would Be Tea” with a photo of Carey. The third shirt reproduces Carey’s NYE Instagram post with the hashtag #FoundMyTea. 

BRUNO MARS, CARDI B, LUIS FONSI, SZA TO PERFORM AT GRAMMYS: Bruno Mars and Cardi B, who recently collaborated on the upbeat song “Finesse,” will perform together at the Grammy Awards. The Recording Academy announced that “Despacito” hit makers Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee, SZA and Kesha will also take the stage at the January 28th show at New York’s Madison Square Garden. Logic, Alessia Cara and Khalid, the trio behind the suicide prevention hit “1-800-273-8255,” will perform the song with a group of suicide attempt and loss survivors selected by the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. The track is nominated for Song of the Year. Mars’ nominations include Album, Song and Record of the Year. “Despacito” will also compete for Song and Record of the Year. Previously announced performers include Lady Gaga, P!nk, Childish Gambino and Little Big Town.
