Marvel Comics’ Stan Lee Dead At 95

WASHINGTON – According to TMZ Marvel Comics writer, producer, and co-creator Stan Lee died at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center earlier today (11/12/18). Lee’s daughter J.C. told TMZ that an ambulance rushed Lee to the hospital from his Hollywood Hills home early this morning. Lee is survived by his daughter J.C., younger brother Larry Lieber, and of course the millions of fans of his works. His wife of 69 years, Joan, died in 2017.

Lee, began his work in comics in 1939 and started Marvel Comics with Jack Kirby in 1961 with The Fantastic Four.

He went on to create or co-created many other beloved characters including Spider-Man, the X-Men, The Mighty Thor, Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Daredevil, and Black Panther.

He also has made cameo’s in all of the Marvel movies, with several more per-recorded to be inserted into future Marvel Films.
