Khloe explained, “Lamar and I have chosen to take a break this summer. We’ve been on a whirlwind doing back-to-back shows, and we just want to take a little time off for Lamar to be with family time, kids, basketball, Olympics — you never know. So, we have a lot on our plate right now.”
Her husband/co-star Lamar Odom added, “The issue at hand is we just want to be happy. We’ll take our time and we’ll get back to it when it’s time.”
There were rumors that the couple might have pulled the plug on the show in the wake of Odom’s basketball struggles. There have also been rumors that the “break” meant there was trouble in the couple’s relationship.
- However, a source close to the married couple of nearly three years said that the two, “just want to go on their honeymoon and take a breather. Khloe’s exhausted from filming!”
