STALLONE SOURCES SAY SAGE DIDN’T DEAL DRUGS: Sources close to the Stallone family are denying reports that Sylvester Stallone’s son Sage was a drug dealer. After the 36-year-old was found dead last month, reports circulated that large pill bottles were found in his room, indicating an illegal profession. However, an insider told RadarOnline.com, “Neither the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office, which is handling the bulk of Sage’s death investigation, or the LAPD has uncovered any information that would even remotely suggest that Sage was a drug dealer. First of all, if Sage was dealing, why would he leave so much evidence around? Drug dealers just don’t operate like that. Secondly, Sage didn’t need the money and his inner circle of friends is adamant that he didn’t drink, or use drugs.” Sage’s cause of death is still listed as deferred, pending the results of toxicology results.
BACHELOR CLAN REUNITES FOR WEDDING: Bachelors and Bachelorettes from seasons past reunited over the weekend for a wedding. Emily Maynard and Jef Holm, Ben Flajnik and Courtney Robertson, and Ashley Hebert and JP Rosenbaum all came out for the nuptials of show producers Cassie Lambert and Peter J. Scalettar. Fans might remember Cassie as the producer that Emily confronted about having a past relationship with Arie Luyendyk. The two apparently have mended fences as Emily tweeted before the nuptials, “Can’t wait for two of my fave people ever to get married tonight. I love you both so much!”
JENNIFER LAWRENCE GETTING BIG PAY RAISE: Jennifer Lawrence is about to start getting paid like a movie star. GossipCop.com reported that the actress — who earned a $500,000 base salary for The Hunger Games — in negotiating a pay raise for the film’s sequel Catching Fire that would net her a minimum of $10 million. The deal combines her salary, bonuses and several other tie-ins to the film. Production on Catching Fire is set to begin next month ahead of a November 2013 release.
SACHA BARON COHEN TO SPOOF JAMES BOND: Sacha Baron Cohen is taking aim at James Bond in his next movie. The Hollywood Reporter revealed that the Borat star is working on a spy spoof. In the movie, the central character “is forced to go on the run with his long-lost brother, a moronic soccer hooligan.” Although the film is Cohen’s brain child, he’s not yet confirmed for the starring role, and casting will depend on his availability.
PIA TOSCANO ON ‘GLEE’? Former American Idol contestant Pia Toscano is reportedly in talks to appear on Glee. A source reported that Pia read for a role and “They absolutely loved her.” EOnline.com reported that producers eventually changed the requirements for that part — but they’re hoping to bring Pia back for something different.

Police are searching for a man who tweeted that he planned to shoot audience members at Mike Tyson‘s one-man Broadway play, Undisputed Truth. According to The New York Post, the man — whose identity is unknown, wrote that he wanted to shoot up a theatre — similar to the Aurora, Colorado massacre. The man tweeted on July 29th, “I might just shoot up this theater in new York I know they leave their exit doors unlocked. Ha now I gotta plan it step by step. i wanna kill alot (sic) of people.” He added, “This s**t ain’t no joke yo (sic) – I’m serious, people are gonna die like aurora”.
Then, on Aug. 2nd, in a response tweet to another user referring to Tyson’s show – this was tweeted out: “Well ima shoot that theater up tonight just trust me.”
- On August 3rd, the man responded to a tweet that mentioned that he hadn’t seen anything on the news about the threat from the previous night. he wrote, “I had last minute plans. I’m in Florida rite now but it’ll happen i promise I’m just finishing up my hit list.”
- Security have been stepped up at the Longacre Theatre. NYPD spokesman Paul Browne has revealed that execs at Twitter have been uncooperative and have denied detectives requests for the user’s information. Browne told the newspaper, “We’ll cover the theatre until we find this guy. We needed a name and we needed it fast. Twitter (bosses) said no.”
