HOLLY MADISON’S BABY DADDY GOING TO JAIL? Holly Madison’s baby daddy is facing up to 13 years in jail. People magazine reported that Pasquale Rotella was indicted in April on 29 counts of bribery, embezzlement, conspiracy and conflict of interest stemming from raves held at Los Angeles’s Memorial Coliseum. He is accused of rerouting more than $2.5 million from the venue to pay off city officials via backroom deals. Rotella is currently out on bail and due back in court on September 25th for a pre-trial hearing. Madison recently announced that she is 12 weeks pregnant with Rotella’s child.
KELLY RUTHERFORD WAS RESISTANT TO CO-PARENTING: A judge decided that Kelly Rutherford and her ex Daniel Giersch must co-parent their children abroad because he said the Gossip Girl actress repeatedly tried to cut Giersch out of their children’s lives. Giersch can’t return to the U.S. because his visa has been revoked, therefore the judge determined Kelly must travel abroad to see their two kids. The judge chose to make Giersch the “residential parent” because “Daniel (who lives in France) has facilitated the relationship of the children with Kelly . . . and Kelly simply has not done so.” Under the new custody plan, Daniel has to buy Kelly six round-trip airline tickets to France per school year and put her up in a house with a car while she’s in the country.
LUKE PERRY AND JENNIE GARTH ARE NOT DATING: Contrary to reports, Luke Perry and Jennie Garth are not a real-life couple. However Us Weekly claims there is nothing romantic between the two and they are just friends. It’s been widely reported that Garth is dating photographer Noah Abrams.
Simon Cowell is a lifesaver. GossipCop.com confirmed that the X Factor judge helped save nine people from a sinking yacht in St. Tropez on Wednesday.
Cowell was on his boat with his ex-girlfriend Sinitta when they received a “may day” call about the sinking yacht. He sent his boat over to rescue the passengers, who all survived.
Sinitta tweeted through the ordeal, “Just had a mayday message, 35ft boat sinking. Simon has sent us to help and rescue 9 people on board!”
- She added afterwards, “Everyone ok, no-one hurt. Captain won’t let boat sink, petrol in sea etc. No tide, so hole plugged!”
Sofia Vergara has finally confirmed what we already knew: she is engaged to boyfriend Nick Loeb. While it was widely reported that Loeb popped the question during Veragara’s 40th birthday trip to Mexico earlier this summer, the Modern Family star has stayed mum over the past couple of months.
However she broke her silence to Celebuzz, admitted that she is engaged, but “I haven’t started planning anything because everything has been very recent.”
She added, “I am kind of, you know, working a lot — I just started the Modern Family season — so I don’t know yet [when I will get married]. No plans.”
- Could babies follow a walk down the aisle? Sofia, who has a 20-year-old son with her first husband, isn’t opposed to getting pregnant like her Modern Family character Gloria.
- She said of the possibility, “It’s something that maybe . . . one day I’ll do again. I wouldn’t mind . . .I mean, I think I can still do it. But you know, when you want to do something like that, you want to do it right, at the right moment, so I am taking it easy, so maybe when I have a little less work.”
