The cops were called to Dina Lohan’s Long Island home on Wednesday morning after she and daughter Lindsay got into an epic fight on their way home from a Manhattan club.

TMZ.com reported that the argument began around 4 a.m. because Lindsay wanted to take her limo to a NYC hotel and Dina wanted it to bring her back to Long Island so that she could avoid paying taxi fare. The mother-daughter duo were also arguing about $40,000 that Lindsay had lent to Dina.

Lindsay called her father Michael during the argument — who in turn called police to report a domestic violence incident. According to TMZ, the caller told police that Lindsay was being held against her will by Dina and the driver.

Lindsay reportedly suffered a cut on her leg and her bracelet was broken during the argument. Police took a Domestic Incident Report but no arrests were made.

  • A witness told TMZ that Dina appeared “wasted” at the club earlier in the night.

Michael Lohan apparently gave TMZ a recording of his conversation with Lindsay during the fight. In it, Lindsay is hysterically crying, telling her dad that her mom is on cocaine and refusing to pay back $40,000 that Lindsay had lent her.
