HULK HOGAN SUING OVER SEX TAPE: Hulk Hogan is planning to sue Bubba the Love Sponge for secretly taping his sexual encounter with Bubba’s wife Heather. TMZ.com reported that Hulk will allege invasion of privacy. In the tape — after Hulk leaves the room — Bubba is seen telling Heather, “If we ever did want to retire, all we’d have to do is use this footage.” Hulk is also planning to sue Gawker.com for posting the sex tape footage — and wants $100 million from the site.
MICHAELE SALAHI ENGAGED: Michaele Salahi and Neal Schon are engaged. Just months after settling her divorce from fellow White House crasher Tareq Salahi, Michaele said “yes” after Schon proposed on stage during a Journey concert over the weekend.
JACK OSBOURNE WON’T TAKE FULL CREDIT FOR RESCUE: Jack Osbourne isn’t taking full credit for saving a drowning woman in Hawaii last week. Although it was reported that he’s responsible for saving a life, the former reality star clarified online, “I never said I was the sole contributor in the rescue… The last thing I want to do is take all of the credit when in fact there were a few people who helped save her life. From what I’ve heard, she’s doing better and is now awake. I hope she has a speedy recovery.”
PAUL SHAFFER LEAVING ‘LATE SHOW’? Paul Shaffer is considering leaving The Late Show with David Letterman when his contract expires in 2014. Shaffer, 62, told TV Guide Canada, “We’ve been on 30 years so now we’ve got another two years. I’m going to be certainly ready to lie down after that, take a nap.” However, he admitted that it’d be tough to walk away, joking, “I love to be the center of attention. My oversized ego craves it and needs it. It’s more of a sick need to be loved and have everyone paying attention to you.”
‘WALKING DEAD’ HAS RECORD-BREAKING PREMIERE: The Walking Dead had a huge season three premiere on Sunday night. 10.9 people tuned into the AMC zombie drama, making it the most-watched episode of any drama series in basic cable history. The ratings marked a 50% increase from the season two finale. AMC’s president said after hearing the results, “Thank you to the fans for making The Walking Dead such a tremendous success. We are honored and humbled that television’s largest adult audience resides on AMC. So many people on both sides of the camera worked tirelessly on this project, and I thank and congratulate each of them for their amazing contribution.”
‘BACHELORETTE’ WEDDING SET FOR DECEMBER: Bachelorette fans will get to watch Ashley Hebert and fiance J.P. Rosenbaum walk down the aisle in December. ABC confirmed that the nuptials will be televised — adding that they’ll come before the end of the year, although no specific date has been given. The couple got engaged on the show’s season seven finale.
Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson are officially back together. A month after reconciliation rumors surfaced, the two were finally spotted out in public together.
Us Weekly reported that the Twilight stars made a low-key appearance at the Chateau Marmont over the weekend for a friend’s birthday party. One witness told the magazine that the two were “whispering very close and intimately” throughout the evening.
A source close to the couple explained, “They’re afraid of backlash, so they’re keeping things on the down-low.”

Scarlett Johansson is back on the market. Us Weekly reported that the actress has split from NYC ad executive Nate Naylor after about a year of dating.
The couple was first spotted together in February, at which time it emerged that they’d been together for five months.
In May, Scarlett discussed what it was like for Naylor to step into the spotlight, telling Vogue, “It’s totally bizarre. It’s an adjustment — I mean, it’s got to be an adjustment for him way more than it was for me at nineteen. But he’s remarkably good about it.”
