BILL MURRAY SIGNS ON FOR ‘GHOSTBUSTERS 3′: Harold Ramis has confirmed that Bill Murray has officially signed on to be in the third Ghostbusters movie. He had reportedly dropped out of the film but called Ramis in the middle of the night one night to say he would participate.

KATIE HOLMES HONORS QUENTIN TARANTINO AT MOMA: Katie Holmes was just one of the many stars who turned out to support Quentin Tarantino at The Museum of Modern Art Film Benefit. Diane Kruger, Jamie Foxx, and John Slattery were also in attendance.

LIFETIME’S ‘AN AMISH MURDER’ WILL PREMIERE IN JANUARY: Neve Campbell’s project for Lifetime called An Amish Murder is set to premiere in January. It follows a detective who grew up Amish who returns home to to her community to solve a series of murders.

FORBES RELEASES LIST OF MOST OVERPAID ACTORS: Eddie Murphy, Katherine Heigl, and Reese Witherspoon have made the list of Hollywood’s most overpaid actors according to Forbes. The list is based on what each star was paid compared to what the movie made at the box office.

FRANKIE MUNIZ SUFFERS A STROKE: 26-year-old Malcolm in the Middle star Frankie Muniz is in an Arizona hospital recovering from a “mini-stroke.” It is still unclear what caused the stroke but a friend told TMZ that the actor was having trouble speaking and understanding words before he was rushed to the ER on Friday (November 30.)

THE QUEEN WILL NOT BE VISITING KATE MIDDLETON: Queen Elizabeth will not be paying a visit to the newly pregnant Kate Middleton while she is resting in the hospital. Palace sources told People that a visit from the Queen would disrupt the running of the hospital and they are working to get Middleton recovered and out of the hospital.

BARBARA WALTERS WILL INTERVIEW HONEY BOO BOO: Barbara Walters has included Honey Boo Boo on her Most Fascinating People of 2012 list. Walters told Us Weekly that she finds the reality show to be a “very sweet, loving story” between a daughter and her mother.

ANDERSON COOPER TEMPORARILY BLINDED: A picture posted to his Instagram account on Tuesday (December 4) revealed that Anderson Cooper is recovering from temporary blindness. He was on assignment in Portugal when UV light bouncing off the water struck him in the eye.

KRISTEN CAVALLARI ADMITS TO ACTING ON ‘THE HILLS’: Kristen Cavallari admitted to Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens that much of what happened on her hit MTV show was acting. She added that her rivalry with Lauren Conrad was real but most of the romance and fighting was for the cameras.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen may have started as child actors but the 26-year-old twins seem to have made more of a splash in the fashion world than in front of cameras in recent years. Their most recent creation for their line The Row is already making waves.

The fashionistas have collaborated with artist Damian Hirst to design a backpack. Not just any backpack but one that will sell for $55,000, is covered in prescription pills, and made out of crocodile.

Angelina Jolie may still be getting some plum roles in Hollywood but it seems that her acting career may have an expiration date. The actress was interviewed on Britain’s Channel 4 News where she opened up about her future in the industry.

Jolie explained that she would probably have to be home managing the kids once they hit their teenage years and that she has found her human-rights work to be a bit more rewarding than acting. She expressed how grateful she is for her career but said, “If it went away tomorrow I would be very happy to be home with the children. I wake up in the morning as a mom and I turn on the news like everybody else and I see what’s happening and I want to be part of the world in a positive way.”
