Three Leaves Added To Berlin Voltuneer Tree

THE BERLIN DAILY SUN SAYS THREE MORE LEAVES WERE ADDED TO THE BERLIN VOLUNTEER TREE IN CITY HALL MONDAY NIGHT.

THE SUN SAYS BERLIN VOLUNTEER AWARDS ARE GIVEN EACH YEAR IN APRIL – NATIONAL VOLUNTEER MONTH – TO VOLUNTEERS WHO HAVE GIVEN SERVICE TO THE CITY OF BERLIN.

AWARDS ARE GIVEN IN A NUMBER OF CATEGORIES TO RECOGNIZE PEOPLE MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN THE COMMUNITY – THE SUN SAYS EACH RECIPIENT OF THE AWARD GETS A PRESCRIBED LEAF PLAQUE AND THEIR NAME DISPLAYED ON THE TREE.

THE SUN SAYS BERLIN MAYOR PAUL GRENIER PRESIDED OVER MONDAY’S CEREMONY WHERE AWARDS WERE PRESENTED TO KATSKO ZINTCHENKO, MANDY WOODS AND JESSE ARSENAULT.
