Dianna Agron Not Invited To Cory Monteith Tribute Episode
Although Thursday’s (October 10th) Cory Monteith tribute episode of Glee will see the return of many former cast members, Dianna Agron was reportedly not invited back to the show. A source at Fox revealed to Radar Online that Agron, who played Quinn Fabray on the series for four years, was allegedly not liked by both Ryan Murphy and Lea Michele and so she was not asked to be part of the emotional reunion.
The source explained, “It’s shocking, because even though she’s not contracted for this season, many other actors returned to pay tribute to Cory…even ones with less of a story connection to Finn than Diana had! Remember, she played his GIRLFRIEND on the series, and was a major part of his storyline.” The insider added, “Lea Michele, and co-creator, Ryan Murphy, intensely dislike Dianna and have both worked to marginalize her as much as possible. They never saw her as a team player. They simply did not want her sharing the glory for this very special episode.”
