HERE IS THE LATEST INFORMATION ABOUT THE WHITE MOUNTAIN NATIONAL FOREST.

TRAILS, PULLOFFS, CAMPGROUNDS AND PICNIC AREAS IN THE FOREST REMAIN OPEN.

ALL FEE TUBES HAVE BEEN CLOSED AND FOREST RECREATION PASSES ARE NOT REQUIRED IN THE FOREST WHILE THE GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN CONTINUES.

LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL REMAIN STATIONED IN THE FOREST BUT THE RANGER STATIONS ARE CLOSED.

NO RESTROOMS ARE AVAILABLE SO VISITORS SHOULD USE RESTROOMS AT STATE AND LOCAL INFORMATION CENTERS.

AND VISITOR INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE AT THE WHITE MOUNTAINS ATTRACTIONS VISITOR CENTER, CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE, STATE WELCOME CENTERS AND THE APPALACHIAN MOUNTAIN CLUB VISITOR CENTERS IN PINKHAM AND CRAWFORD NOTCHES.
