THE MOTHER OF THE 15-YEAR-OLD MISSING NORTH CONWAY TEENAGER HAS POSTED A LETTER ONLINE THAT ASKS HER DAUGHTER TO COME HOME FOR CHRISTMAS.

THE LETTER WRITTEN BY ZENYA HERNANDEZ TO HER DAUGHTER ABIGAIL HERNANDEZ IS POSTED ON www.bringabbyhome.com, THE WEBSITE STARTED BY WHITE MOUNTAIN MILERS RUNNING CLUB PRESIDENT PAUL KIRSCH TO COORDINATE AND PUBLICIZE ONGOING SEARCH EFFORTS FOR ABIGAIL, WHO WAS LAST SEEN LEAVING KENNETT HIGH SCHOOL OCT. 9, 2013.

IN THE LETTER, ZENYA WRITES “I HATE COMMUNICATING IN A LETTER LIKE THIS, BUT IT IS THE ONLY WAY I KNOW HOW TO POSSIBLY GET A MESSAGE TO YOU. YOUR LETTER WAS THE GREATEST GIFT I EVER RECEIVED. I THANK GOD EVERY DAY THAT YOU ARE ALIVE! PLEASE LET ME COME PICK YOU UP. I JUST WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN.”

A FEW WEEKS AGO AUTHORITIES DISCLOSED ZENYA HAD GOTTEN A LETTER POSTMARKED OCTOBER 23, 2013 AND BELIEVED TO BE AUTHENTIC – FROM ABIGAIL IN EARLY NOVEMBER. DETAILS ABOUT THE LETTER HAVE NOT BEEN RELEASED.

AUTHORITIES CONTINUE TO CALL IT A MISSING PERSONS CASE BUT THE FBI SAYS IT BELIEVES ABIGAIL IS WITH SOMEONE AND SHE MAY BE IN DANGER.

THE FBI IS OFFERING A REWARD OF UP TO $20,000 FOR INFORMATION LEADING TO ABIGAIL’S RECOVERY – OR INFORMATION, IDENTIFICATION, ARREST AND CONVICTION OF ANY PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR HER DISAPPEARANCE.
