‘HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER’ CAST TO APPEAR ON ‘INSIDE THE ACTORS STUDIO': The cast of How I Met Your Mother — Jason Segel, Alyson Hannigan, Josh Radnor, Cobie Smulders, and Neil Patrick Harris — filmed an episode of Inside the Actors Studio over the weekend as their sitcom prepares to come to a close next month. A source told Us Weekly, “It’s hard to imagine a cast that seemed closer and more comfortable with each other. The way they would all lean in to support each other, but allow each other time to speak.” The cast also recently appeared together to present the Top Ten List on Late Show with David Letterman. It has not been announced when the Inside the Actors Studio episode will air but the series finale of How I Met Your Mother is set for March 31st.
WARNER BROS. HOPES TO EXPAND ‘THE LEGO MOVIE’ FRANCHISE: Warner Bros. has revealed that another Lego movie may hit theaters sooner than expected. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the company is developing a sequel to the hugely successful kid-friendly film but will also be moving forward with a stand-alone project called Lego Ninjago which will be released first. The Lego Movie directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller will produce the project with Charlie Bean, who made Tron: Uprising, taking over directing duties. Dan Hageman, who writes the Cartoon Network Ninjago series, said in a statement, “The success of The Lego Movie is great, but it’s also a burden and a curse. It set the bar really high for the franchise.”
HBO RENEWS ‘GETTING ON': HBO has given the green light for another season of its freshman comedy Getting On starring Laurie Metcalf, Alex Borstein, and Niecy Nash. The six-episode first season debuted in November to 520,000 viewers. The second season does not yet have a premiere date.
JADA PINKETT SMITH JOINS ‘GOTHAM': Jada Pinkett Smith has signed on for a role in Fox’s upcoming Batman prequel drama called Gotham. She will be playing a villain named Fish Mooney who is described as an imposing, hotheaded and notoriously sadistic gangster boss and nightclub owner with street smarts and almost extra-sensory abilities to read people like an open book who is not one to be crossed. The series will also star The O.C.’s Ben McKenzie and Donal Logue.
NBC TO AIR ‘NANCY & TONYA’ DOCUMENTARY: NBC has announced plans to air a documentary called Nancy & Tonya about the drama surrounding the 1994 Olympic ice skating competition where Tonya Harding’s husband and bodyguard were arrested for planning an attack on Nancy Kerrigan. The special will be shown on Sunday (February 23rd) at 7 pm ET ahead of the closing ceremony. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the scandal and the Lillehammer Olympics.
SOURCES CLAIM NUDE EMMA STONE SELFIE IS NOT HER: An explicit photo believed to be of Emma Stone taking a selfie completely in the nude is reportedly not her. Source tell TMZ that despite the uncanny resemblance, the girl in the photo is not Emma. It is not known where the picture originated but it was already been published on several websites on Wednesday (February 19th) claiming it to a leaked photo of the Easy A star.
PHILIP SEYMOUR HOFFMAN’S WILL REVEALED: Philip Seymour Hoffman reportedly left his entire estate to his estranged partner Mimi O’Donnell and instructions that his son Cooper be raised in New York City. The will was supposedly written in 2004 and allegedly expresses the actor’s desire to have his 10-year-old son be kept in Manhattan to experience the culture, arts, and architecture. It also recommends relocation to Chicago or San Francisco if NY is out of the question. Hoffman was also a father to seven-year-old Tallulah and five-year-old Willa.
LIAM NEESON VISITS COLLEGE WITH HIS SON: Taken star Liam Neeson was spotted taking a tour of Boston College with his son Michael on Tuesday (February 18th.) The duo trekked through the nasty weather that hit the Northeast that day guided by a female student at the school. The school even uploaded a photo of the Liam and Michael to their Instagram account. Famous alumni include Amy Poehler, Leonard Nimoy, and Elisabeth Hasselbeck.
JOHN TRAVOLTA CREDITS SCIENTOLOGY WITH HELPING HIM DEAL WITH HIS SON’S DEATH: John Travolta revealed during a Q&A at London’s Theatre Royal Drury over the weekend that he credits scientology with helping him deal with the death of his 16-year-old son Jett back in 2009 from a seizure while they were on a family vacation. The Grease star told the crowd, “The truth is, I didn’t know if I was going to make it. Life was no longer interesting to me, so it took a lot to get me better. I will forever be grateful to Scientology for supporting me for two years solid, I mean Monday through Sunday. They didn’t take a day off, working through different angles of the techniques to get through grief and loss, and to make me finally feel I could get through a day.”
IS RAMONA SINGER STILL HANGING OUT WITH HER SOON-TO-BE-EX-HUSBAND?: Us Weekly is reporting that Ramona Singer was spotted having a night out with her husband, Mario, on Monday night (February 17th) despite announcing her divorce plans late last month. The couple was spotted at Bowlmor Lanes and one witness told the magazine, “The two requested a private area where they could spend time alone away from staff and other guests. The two were joking around and being affectionate.” The source claims that things took a turn after about an hour and added, “Ramona appeared upset with Mario and left the bowling alley. The couple took separate cars home, but Mario returned shortly after to fetch Ramona’s boots, which she had forgotten.”
Patrick Stewart Responds To The Guardian For Falsely Outting Him
Patrick Stewart is taking being falsely outed as gay by UK’s The Guardian in jest. The 73-year-old actor took to Twitter on Wednesday to poke fun at the publication for mistakenly labelling him as a homosexual during a piece about Ellen Page coming out as a lesbian last week.
Stewart wrote, “But @guardian I have, like, five or even SEVEN hetero friends and we totally drink beer and eat lots of chicken wings!” He later added, “Well, @guardian it makes for a nice change…at least I didn’t wake up to the internet telling me I was dead again.” Patrick also seemed to allude to his close friendship with Sir Ian McKellen by writing, “Silly @guardian. You can’t catch gay by hanging out with #LGBT people.”

Adam Brody And Leighton Meester Are Married
Sources have confirmed to Us Weekly that Gossip Girl actress Leighton Meester and The O.C.’s Adam Brody reportedly exchanged vows in a secret ceremony over the weekend.
Although reps for both actors have not addressed the rumors, Brody was photographed leaving the gym on Tuesday (February 18th) wearing what appeared to be a new ring on his left hand. Adam and Leighton have not publicly discussed the romance but they have been spending a lot of time together over the last year and allegedly got engaged back in November.
