REPORT: BETHENNY FRANKEL TO RETURN TO BRAVO: Despite previous reports that Bethenny Frankel will be returning to Real Housewives of New York, sources are now saying she is in talks for a new reality show on the network. According to Radar Online, Frankel has been negotiating a deal with Andy Cohen now that her talk show has been cancelled. The insider revealed, “Bethenny has been talking with Andy about returning to Bravo with another show, and this would be one of the first things he produces with his new company. They’ve been in deep negotiations and she is definitely ready to return to Bravo, even though she loved being on network TV with her other show.” The source added, “Bethenny probably won’t stoop to that level and go back on RHONYC, she thinks she’s beyond and above that. Bethenny wants a separate deal of her own on Bravo.”

COMMUNITY CREATOR SAYS THE SHOW IS LIKELY TO BE RENEWED: Community star Joel McHale confirmed at a PaleyFest panel on Wednesday (March 26th) that the show will likely return for a sixth season even though NBC has yet to make an official decision. He told the audience, “We know there’s going to be a sixth season or else you’ll probably show up with pitchforks and torches.” Creator Dan Harmon added, “The only thing weirder…would be not getting a sixth season.” He went on to remind everyone of the show’s unofficial mantra of “six seasons and a movie.”

JUDD APATOW DISCUSSES HBO’S CENSORSHIP OF ‘GIRLS’: The New York Post is reporting that Judd Apatow recently discussed HBO’s censorship of Girls while speaking to a group of college students in L.A. He told the crowd, “There have been things on Girls where HBO has said to us, ‘If we put this on TV, we literally could lose our license to broadcast.’ Let’s just say it’s something you see in adult film — elements of sexual intercourse. The high points of sexual intercourse.” Apatow, the show’s producer, also discussed his use of nudity in his other work saying, “We’ve experimented with the limits of what people can handle. We’ve had a male organ in movies. We found out that 20 seconds of someone naked is probably too much, and people will leave the theater if you have full frontal nudity for an extended period of time. But if you make it five seconds, they’ll laugh and say it was great.”

SANDRA BULLOCK DEVELOPING ‘MISS CONGENIALITY’ TV SHOW: Sandra Bullock is reportedly developing her Miss Congeniality films into a TV series. The project is described as Bridesmaids meets 24. A source told Radar Online, “Sandra loved her Miss Congeniality FBI agent character Gracie Hart and the concept so much that for years she has continued to keep up friendships with FBI agents she met while researching it. She just feels like it’s time to bring this story to a new generation!” The Oscar-winner has been in the TV business before as a producer on The George Lopez Show which ran from 2002-2007.

BENEDICT CUMBERBATCH TO STAR IN ‘HAMLET’: Benedict Cumberbatch has signed on to play Hamlet on the London stage. The 12-week run will take place at the Barbican Theatre. LIAM NEESON HAS QUIT DRINKING AND DATING: Liam Neeson has given up drinking and dating. The actor appears in the new issue of GQ where he discusses how he has changed his life in the years since his wife Natasha Richardson died five years ago. He reveals, “I was drinking too much. It started since my wife died. Pinot Noir: That’s all I drink. I was never into spirits or liquor, hard liquor. And I gave up the Guinness years ago, because it just – past an age, it sticks to you, you know? So last year, I just thought — they’ve been throwing these action movies at me, and I thought, ‘Okay, let’s just change it a little bit.’ And it’s been great. I love it.” He went on to talk about getting back into the dating scene saying, “I’m keeping myself to myself. And I like it that way. I’m not hunting. I’m the opposite of a — what would a male cougar be? Is there such a thing? Whatever it is, I’m not that.”

TARA REID KISSES AND TELLS: Tara Reid spilled the beans about hooking up with Tom Brady back in the day while playing a game called “60 Seconds of Kiss” on the Australian radio show Kyle & Jackie O Show. The game involves the hosts naming a bunch of celebrities and the contestant must say whether she has kissed them or would kiss them. When asked about Tom, Tara confessed that she has kissed him and they hung out for about a month back in 2002. She revealed that she asked her agent to set them up and Tom later invited her to watch him play ball. Brady went on to marry Gisele Bundchen in 2009 and Tara is currently dating musician Erez Eisen.

PAPARAZZO CLAIMS ANNA HATHAWAY IS MEAN: Logan Fazio, a Miami-based paparazzo, has been getting media attention for doing her celebrity-stalking in a bikini and she is quick to open up about her relationship with the stars. When asked by Fox411 about which celebrities have the worst reputation, she responded by naming Justin Bieber but added, “Another real tough cookie is Anne Hathaway. She just spews hatred and negativity the minute she spies any paparazzi. She’s one of those that will go out of her way to tell you what a loser you are, instead of just letting you take nice pictures. Even though a nice picture of her can be worth the work, I tend to stay away from her when she’s in Miami. She just depresses me. I guess she wins, in that case.” Logan also named Simon Cowell as being one of the nicest celebrities she has encountered.

SALLY FIELD DEFENDS GAY SON: Sally Field showed her support of her gay son, Sam, by penning an open letter standing with the Human Rights Campaign against the “License to Discriminate” bills that have begun to appear across the country. The Amazing Spider-Man 2 actress wrote, “The three things I’m most proud of in my life are my sons, Peter, Eli and Sam. They are kind, loving and productive people. Each with their own list of talents and accomplishments. Sam is my youngest son, by 18 years, and he’s gay. To that, I say: So what? Growing up, Sam wanted desperately to just be like his older brothers — athletic, rambunctious and even a little bit macho. He wanted to beat Eli at tennis, trounce Peter at computer football and learn everything about every basketball player on the court. But Sam was different. And his journey to allow himself to be what nature intended him to be was not an easy one. When I saw him struggling, I wanted to jump in. But his older brothers held me back. They told me I couldn’t travel that road for Sam. It was his to travel, not mine. I had to wait for him to own himself in his own time. I could make it easier only by standing visibly to the side, clearly loving him, always being there and always letting him know. Finally, at 20, long after he beat his brothers at tennis and computer games and knew as much as anyone about basketball, Sam was able to stand up proudly and say, ‘I am a gay man.’ Sam knows that if he ever marries, he’ll have my full support. After all, I like to believe I raised him with the good sense to choose a great partner. But there are people out there — organizations and politicians, strangers who have never even met Sam — who would rather devote themselves to denying his happiness. Why would anyone want to prevent my son — or anyone’s son or daughter — from having basic legal safeguards like family medical leave, Social Security survivors benefits, or health insurance? It doesn’t make any sense — but it won’t change until people speak out. I’m proud to stand with HRC to add my voice. Will you join me?” The HRC is hoping to raise $150,000 by March 31st to fight against the bills.

CARMEN ELECTRA’S NEW MAN: Carmen Electra has a new romance blossoming with L.A.-based clothing designer Tal Cooperman — who is 11 years younger than she is. A source told E! News, “They met about a month ago when a mutual friend introduced them. They hit it off right away.” The insider added, “The age difference doesn’t bother either of them, it doesn’t matter. Tal’s a mature guy.” The former Baywatch actress discussed the relationship saying, “We are taking it slow and really trying to get to know each other, but so far we are really happy! He’s gorgeous and a lot of fun.” Cooperman owns the CRSL clothing line.

Zac Efron Versus Homeless

Zac Efron and someone who is supposedly his bodyguard were allegedly involved in an altercation with a group of homeless men in downtown L.A. early on Sunday morning (March 23rd.) According to TMZ, Zac told police at the scene that the trouble began when he threw a bottle out of his car window while they were waiting for a tow truck to arrive after running out of gas.

Sources say the transients took the toss as a threat and a fight broke out. Zac was apparently struck in the face and he told officers on the scene, “It was the hardest I’ve ever been hit in my life.” The bodyguard revealed to the website that he credits Zac for saving his life because the men were apparently stabbing him in the face, chest, and stomach with a shank. The 26-year-old former Disney star reportedly got out of the car and swung a bottle of vodka around for protection.

  • Nobody was arrested at the scene because the fighting was mutual but TMZ’s L.A.P.D. sources said that the Neighbors actor was “obviously intoxicated.”
  • Efron also broke his jaw back in November after supposedly slipping on a pool of water in his house.
  • He visited rehab twice last year for cocaine abuse.
