Kesha Accuses Dr. Luke Of Assault And Abuse

Kesha has sued producer Dr. Luke – accusing him of sexual assault and physical, verbal and emotional abuse, claiming that he drugged her before forcing himself on her. According to TMZ, Kesha said that Dr. Luke made numerous sexual advances at her from the beginning of their professional collaboration. She also claimed that when she was 18-years-old, he forced her to snort a substance before boarding a plane, then forced himself on her.

Kesha opened up about a different occasion, saying that Luke provided her with something he referred to as “sober pills.” When she woke up the next day, she was naked in his bed with no recollection of what had happened.

  • Kesha also said that Dr. Luke physically abused her at his home in Malibu, forcing her to flee barefoot down the Pacific Coast Highway and seek safety in nearby mountains.
  • Kesha is asking a judge to let her walk away from her contract with the producer. Kesha’s attorney – Mark Geragos, told TMZ, that she is seeking to “regain control of her music career and her personal freedom after suffering for ten years as a victim of mental manipulation, emotional abuse and an instance of sexual assault.”

DR. LUKE FIRES BACK AS KESHA’S ACCUSATIONS

Meanwhile, Dr. Luke has fired back at Kesha’s sexual assault and physical, emontional and verbal abuse claims. Luke has called Kesha a liar, saying that she made up her accusations to escape her contract with him.

Dr. Luke’s attorney – Christine Lepera, told Gossip Cop in a statement, “As set forth in the complaint that we have filed on behalf of Dr. Luke, Kesha and her mother are engaged in a campaign of publishing outrageous and untrue statements about Dr. Luke to third parties, including scurrilous and false statements of purported physical and mental abuse of Kesha. These are allegations that Kesha and Pebe have themselves admitted are false. The complaint explains that Kesha and her mother Pebe have wielded these defamatory statements in an attempt to extort Gottwald into releasing Kesha from her exclusive recording agreement with Dr. Luke.”

  • She added, “We understand that Kesha has filed a lawsuit of her own against Dr. Luke, though we have not yet seen it. Undoubtedly, Kesha’s lawsuit is nothing more than a continuation of her bad and offensive acts. We are confident that Dr. Luke will prevail in all matters, and that our client will be awarded substantial damages for this malicious conduct.”
