Gair Mackenzie

The News Guy!

He was born in new york city and grew up in the panhandle of connecticut, fairfield county – with a brief stint in new jersey – during which time he personally discovered bruce springsteen. initially an avid mets and giants fan, he converted to being a yankee fan years ago. he used to play bass in a band, considers himself a decent singer, served as an officer in the u.s. navy travelling the globe for more than a dozen years, and has also worked as tv reporter in bangor, maine. gair lives in an old house in western maine on a nice lake, likes to go boating when the weather’s fair, and enjoys daily nature sightings during his early morning commute to the valley. he has degrees from principia college and boston university and is always looking for good news stories. and yes – his name really is “gair” – not gary. it’s scottish. Mark Johnson

Weekends!

Mark Johnson brings zen to Magic 104.  Mark is the night guy on Magic 104! When Mark isn’t doing radio, he’s often spinning tunes for weddings in and
around the White Mountains. Conventional wisdom is that he has “married”
roughly fifty percent of the local population.

Cooper Fox

Mornings/Program Director

Born in the frozen north country of Northern Maine, Cooper bailed outta’ there as quickly as possible.  He went to college in Bangor (New England School of Communications).  He also made a stop in Burlingt0n VT before moving to the White Mountains of NH.

When he’s not rockin’ the mic, he’s rockin’ the dancefloors at bars/clubs and weddings/events across New England.
