TIFFANI THIESSEN PREGNANT: Tiffani Thiessen and her husband Brady Smith are expecting their first child. The couple, who have been married since 2005, said in a statement, “We are over the moon! It’s something we’ve wanted for a long time and we are thrilled that it’s actually happening.” Thiessen, a veteran of Saved By the Bell and Beverly Hills 90210, is due in May.

EDDIE CIBRIAN DENIES CHEATING RUMORS: Eddie Cibrian is denying a tabloid’s claims that he’s cheating on LeAnn Rimes. After Life & Style magazine reported that the CSI: Miami actor was secretly seeing an ex-girlfriend, his rep told E!, “Unfortunately Life & Style Magazine has chosen to go out with a story filled with inaccuracies and deceitful lies, presumably to titillate sales, but clearly resulting in harm to Eddie Cibrian and others. This is irresponsible and reckless journalism. Eddie has met with his attorneys and will be filing a suit for libel and other actionable grounds shortly. It’s a shame that Life & Style resorted to a story of this nature, and they will regretfully now have to face scrutiny of untruthful reporting in a court proceeding.”

JUDGE BLOCKS DISTRIBUTION OF J-LO MOVIE: On Monday (November 9th), a judge blocked Jennifer Lopez’s first husband Ojani Noa from distributing a movie about their married life together. The temporary order was issued because the proposed movie, How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story may violate his previous agreement to not disclose any private information about her. According to Reuters, Noa says, “I’m going to fight this.”

PARIS HILTON UPSET OVER BILLBOARD: Paris Hilton has reportedly threatened to take legal action against a New Zealand company for putting her face on a billboard with the word “vacant” stamped across it. Starpulse.com reports that Hilton’s manager, Jamie Freed, said that Media5 doesn’t have permission to use the picture and insists Hilton wants the matter settled in court. A spokesperson for Media5 responded, “(The poster is just) a bit of fun. Paris has a proven ability to laugh at herself. We assume that the agency has taken care of the rights to the image of Paris, but we will ask the question. We’re not trying to offend anyone.”

DENNIS HOPPER DISCUSSES CANCER TREATMENT: Dennis Hopper has revealed that he’s undergoing new, experimental treatment to treat his prostate cancer that has “great promise.” Although he was hospitalized for dehydration last month, the actor — who only recently revealed his diagnosis — said at a charity event on Saturday (November 7th), “Everything’s good right now.”

TRIAL OVER JAMES WOODS’ BROTHER BEGINS: A wrongful death lawsuit centering on James Woods’ brother kicked off on Monday (November 9th) in Rhode Island. The Associated Press reports that a lawyer for Michael Woods told jurors that a hospital did not do enough for the 49-year-old after he went to the emergency room complaining of a sore throat and vomiting in 2006. He eventually went into cardiac arrest and died nearly three hours after his arrival at the hospital. On the other hand, lawyers for Kent Hospital said Michael Woods’ symptoms weren’t consistent with someone having a heart attack and that his heart was already so diseased that it would have been impossible to save him.

‘SUPERNATURAL’ STAR ENGAGED: Supernatural star Jensen Ackles is engaged to longtime girlfriend Danneel Harris. A rep for Ackles confirmed the engagement, but no other details were made available.

JAMIE FOXX AND MARTIN LAWRENCE TO PLAY DRAG QUEENS? Jamie Foxx and Martin Lawrence are reportedly teaming up for a new comedy in which they’ll play a pair of drag queens. Variety reports that the project originated as a spoof trailer for a film called Skank Robbers, which Foxx and Lawrence made for the BET Awards in June. Foxx is set to write the script and will produce the film with Lawrence through their Foxxhole and Runteldat production companies.

KARDASHIAN WEDDING SPECIAL GETS HUGE RATINGS: The E! special featuring Khloe Kardashian’s wedding to Lamar Odom scored the network huge ratings on Sunday (November 8th) night. PerezHilton.com reports that the show brought in 3.07 million viewers — more than doubling the ratings of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians premiere from last year.

WARREN BEATTY CAN GO FORWARD WITH LAWSUIT: A federal judge ruled on Monday (November 9th) that Warren Beatty can go forward with a lawsuit against a unit of bankrupt Tribune Co. over rights to comic strip detective Dick Tracy. Although Beatty bought the motion picture and television rights for Dick Tracy in 1985, Tribune said that the agreement lapsed because Beatty had not started work on a new project based on the character. Beatty contends that he was producing a television special last year about Dick Tracy when he was notified of the supposed lapse.

PAM GRIER REPORTEDLY JOINING ‘SMALLVILLE’: Pam Grier will reportedly be featured in a story arc on the CW’s Smallville. Entertainment Weekly reports that Grier is set to play DC Comics villainess Agent Amanda Waller. Her debut is scheduled to air in January.

Standup comedian and film star Katt Williams was arrested jailed early Monday after being charged with burglary and criminal trespassing. The Pimp Chronicles star was held at the Coweta County jail, southwest of Atlanta, until an afternoon hearing, where his bail was set at $40,000. At press time his legal team was making arrangements to post his bond.But William Briggs, an attorney for the star, says the arrest is the result of a misunderstanding and that Williams is actually a guest at the property he is accused of burglarizing.
