WOMAN THAT TRIED TO EXTORT CINDY CRAWFORD TURNS SELF IN: The 26-year-old German model who allegedly tried to extort $100,000 from Cindy Crawford turned himself into police on Monday (November 16th). TMZ.com reports that Edis Kayalar has been charged with one count extortion. Kayalar reportedly threatened to release a photo of Crawford’s eight-year-old daughter, Kaia, bound and gagged in a chair, and could face up to two years in prison if convicted.

ANTHONY MICHAEL HALL’S GIRLFRIEND GETS RETRAINING ORDER: Anthony Michael Hall’s ex-girlfriend has obtained a temporary restraining order against the Breakfast Club star. The New York Post reports that Hall has been ordered to stay away from his Diana Falzone after he allegedly stalked her and attacked her in her New York apartment. The 41-year-old, who suffers from bipolar disorder, allegedly tried to kick down her door during an early-hours visit and bashed her head against the wall when she finally let him in. A spokesman for Hall said he was not aware of the temporary restraining order, but insisted, “All of the allegations are erroneous and will be addressed accordingly.”

RYAN SEAREST GETS RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST STALKER: A judge has granted a civil restraining order against a man accused of stalking Ryan Seacrest. The Associated Press reports that the order, which was issued on Tuesday (November 17th), requires Chidi Benjamin Uzomah Jr. to stay 100 yards away from Seacrest. Uzomah is currently in jail, where he was taken after his arrest last month outside of E! on felony stalking charges.

TILA TEUILA SUING EX-BOYFRIEND: Tila Tequila is suing her ex-boyfriend Shawne Merriman over allegations he attacked her in September. After a District Attorney ruled that there was insufficient evidence of her assault claims to prosecute the case, the reality star filed a lawsuit in civil court, accusing the NFL star of assault, battery, false imprisonment and emotional distress. Cops were called to Merriman’s house after Tila dialed 911 and claimed she had been choked and prevented from leaving the property by the sports star.

MISCHA BARTON GETTING ANOTHER CHANCE ON TV? Mischa Barton’s canceled CW show The Beautiful Life is reportedly getting a second breath of life. The New York Daily News reports that the network plans to air the remaining episodes of the drama next summer, but as of now, there is still no intention to resume filming. A spokesperson for the network noted that the supposed resurrection came from the show’s Facebook page, which is not officially connected to the CW. Paul McGuire clarified, “The status of unaired episodes has yet to be determined.”

NEW COMEDY TO STAR RYAN REYNOLDS AND ANNA FARIS: Ryan Reynolds and Anna Faris are teaming up for the upcoming comedy TMI. Variety reports that the movie will center on the premise that while honesty is the best policy for a relationship, “too much information” might not be the best thing.

MTV GETS RIGHTS TO ‘THIS IS IT’: MTV has secured the TV rights to the Michael Jackson movie, This Is It. Variety reports that the deal will make the film available to MTV and its sibling nets in 2011 for a six-year window.

BOB SAGET STARRING IN NEW SHOW: Bob Saget will star in a new reality series on A&E. The Hollywood Reporter announced that Bob Saget’s Strange Days will feature the actor immersing himself in cultures such as the world of mail-order brides and joining a survivalist cult prepping for the end of the world to rushing at a fraternity.

Samuel Levin, the man Nicolas Cage claims is responsible for his financial ruin, has countersued the actor, alleging that his money situation was out of control before Levin stepped into the picture. TMZ.com reports that in the countersuit, Levin says that by the time he was hired in 2001, “Coppola [Cage] had already squandered tens of millions of dollars . . . and owed millions of dollars in… income taxes, with no funds available to pay the tax debt.”

Aaron Eckhart and Molly Sims are a couple. The model/actress confirmed the relationship to Fox411, exclaiming, “Aaron’s a great guy!” The two were first spotted dining together last week in Louisiana.
