JON’S BREACH OF CONTRACT CAUGHT ON TAPE? TLC aired the final episode of Jon & Kate Plus 8 last night, but reality continues for Jon Gosselin. Although nothing new about the family was revealed during Monday’s (November 23rd) episode, RadarOnline.com reported earlier in the day that a tape surfaced in which Jon’s manager, Mike Heller, discusses money deals that breach Gosselin’s exclusive contract with TLC. Jon’s supposed friend Michael Lohan is the other person involved in the discussion. Last month TLC filed a breach of contract lawsuit against Jon over deals such as the one discussed on tape. POLICE CHIEF IN SARAH JESSICA PARKER SURROGATE THEFT FOUND GUILTY: An Ohio police chief accused of stealing items from the surrogate mom who carried Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick’s twin daughters was found guilty Monday (November 23rd) on three of six charges. People magazine reported that after 12 hours of deliberation, a jury found Carpenter guilty of receiving stolen property, theft in office and tampering with evidence. He was found not guilty on two counts of burglary and one count of unauthorized use of property or services but could still face up to ten years in prison. He will be sentenced on December 10th.

AMA VIEWERS GOSSIP ABOUT KATE HUDSON’S SMALL CHEST: Kate Hudson’s breasts — or lack thereof — were fodder for conversation after she bared most of her chest in a revealing dress at Sunday (November 22nd) night’s American Music Awards. After the actress and her Nine co-star Nicole Kidman introduced the Black Eyed Peas, Marlon Wayans tweeted, “[Kate] is pretty but she got a chest like me in White Chicks.” Hudson once acknowledged her small assets to InStyle magazine, saying, “Maybe the reason I don’t have a problem with nudity is that since I have such small breasts I never feel that they are gratuitous.”

SIENNA MILLER AND JUDE LAW DATING DESPITE DENIALS? Although they’ve denied rumors of a rekindled romance, Jude Law and Sienna Miller have reportedly been seen getting “cozy” around New York City, where they’re both starring on Broadway. A source told the New York Daily News that the actors were spotted at a Manhattan bar over the weekend, “They came in together and got a table with a few friends around 1 a.m. At one point, Jude ordered shots for the two of them, and he was egging her on to take one. They were laughing a lot and whispering to each other — it looked like they were genuinely having a good time.” The source added, “It looked like he wanted people to see that they were together.”

CANDY SPELLING SETTLES LAWSUIT: Candy Spelling has settled a lawsuit brought forth by her former maid. TMZ.com reported that Lourdes Serrano had sued Tori’s mother, claiming that Candy was a “tightwad” boss who made her clock out for ten-minute breaks twice a day and wouldn’t pay for the downtime. Although the settlement terms are confidential, sources told TMZ that the maid got “chump change.”

MAN ACCUSED OF VIDEOTAPING ESPN REPORTER SAYS HE’S INNOCENT: A Chicago insurance man pleaded not guilty on Monday (November 23rd) to charges that he videotaped television sports reporter Erin Andrews in her hotel room while she was nude and tried to sell the footage. Reuters reported that Michael David Barrett, who is free on $100,000 bond and was charged in federal court in Los Angeles, faces up to five years in federal prison if convicted.

AMAS GET BIG RATINGS: Sunday (November 22nd) night’s American Music Awards marked the broadcast’s largest viewing audience since 2002. Parade.com reports that the show drew an estimated 14.2 million viewers. Despite the milestone, NBC’s Sunday Night Football edged out the awards show in the ratings by an estimated 400,000 people.

REGIS PHILBIN TAKING LEAVE OF ABSENCE FROM ‘LIVE’: Regis Philbin is taking a leave of absence from Live with Regis and Kelly to recover from his upcoming hip surgery. The 78-year-old announced on Monday’s (November 23rd) program that he’d be absent from the program beginning December 1st and into the new year.

‘COUGAR TOWN’ TO RESUME FILMING: Courteney Cox Arquette’s mystery family matter was apparently resolved as the cast of Cougar Town is expected to resume filming next Monday (November 30th). PerezHilton.com reported that filming is back on track, but there’s still no word as to what issue was behind the production delay that was announced over the weekend.

SUSAN SARANDON HONORED IN SWEDEN: Susan Sarandon was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award at last weekend’s Stockholm International Film Festival in Sweden. Swedish actor Gustaf Hammarsten presented Sarandon a 15-pound bronze horse statue after saying, “The roles Susan Sarandon has played often gain a life of their own beyond the films themselves. Reflection, seduction and rebellion animate her characters and seem to be the key tools in her actor’s repertoire.”

OPRAH DEVELOPING HBO SERIES? Oprah Winfrey’s Harpo Films is developing a pilot for an untitled, “sexually charged” HBO series, Variety reports. The hour-long drama would reportedly deal with a woman who leaves her marriage abruptly for a very different lifestyle.

Food Network star Paula Deen was recovering Monday (November 23rd) after getting smacked in the face with a piece of ham at an Atlanta charity event. Usmagazine.com reports that the 62-year-old celebrity chef was helping unload a truck load of hams at Hosea Feed the Hungry & Homeless to make a Thanksgiving donation when someone playfully threw a ham — which ended up hitting Deen on the head and nose.Her rep said that she was “startled at first, but quickly regained focus and kept her humor.” The rep added, “She’s okay now and is icing her face.”
