JAMES VAN DER BEEK STEPS OUT WITH NEW GAL: James Van Der Beek stepped out with his new girlfriend earlier this week. The actor, who split from his wife of six years over the summer, brought model Kelly Brook to a party for the Summit on the Summit: Kilimanjaro party. A witness told People magazine that after initially shying away from pictures, they later posed and then “didn’t leave each other’s side all night.”

NO SEX TAPE ON STOLEN NICKY HILTON COMPUTER: It’s unlikely that another Hilton sex tape will be surfacing anytime soon. TMZ.com reports that Nicky Hilton’s laptop — which was recently stolen from her Hollywood Hills home — is 100 percent scandal free. Sources told the website that Nicky only used the computer that was taken for business, and there’s nothing stored on the machine that could get her in trouble.

MOLLY SIMS AND AARON ECKHART OVER? The romance might be over for Molly Sims and Aaron Eckhart. Star magazine reports that the Dark Knight actor was furious that Sims confirmed their relationship to the press last month and subsequently ditched her over the phone.

TOM AND GISELE HAVE A BABY NAME? Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen might have named their newborn son Gabriel. The New York Post reports that Gisele’s friends in Brazil said that the little boy marks her family’s first male arrival in a generation.

AMANDA PEET PREGNANT: Amanda Peet and her husband are expecting their second child. A rep for the actress confirmed the news to People magazine, but did not indicate a due date. Peet and husband David Benioff welcomed a daughter, Frances Pen, in 2007.

GARY BUSEY TO BE A DAD AGAIN: Gary Busey is expecting a child early next year with his girlfriend, Steffanie Sampson. The actor’s agent told People magazine, “He feels awesome about it; he’s excited and thrilled and can’t wait.” Busey has two other children from previous relationships.

NO MORE HILTON SEX TAPES: Although Nicky Hilton’s house was recently burglarized, TMZ.com reports that there is nothing on her missing laptop that could cause a scandal.

CAMERON DIAZ LANDS NEW ROLE: Cameron Diaz will star in the upcoming “raunchy comedy,” Bad Teacher.

JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE FUELS SPLIT RUMORS: The New York Post reports that Justin partied and flirted with a gaggle of gorgeous girls the other night, sparking new rumors that he and girlfriend Jessica Biel are on the rocks.

NEW BOYFRIEND FOR LINDSAY LOHAN? The New York Daily News reports that Gucci model Adam Senn and Lohan have hit it off.

MTV TO AIR PSA AFTER ‘JERSEY SHORE’: MTV will air a public service announcement after next week’s episode of the controversial series “Jersey Shore” because it includes an incident of domestic violence (a female cast member gets slugged at a bar).

PAMELA ANDERSON CANCELS SHOWS: Pamela Anderson has reportedly canceled her debut pantomime performances in the U.K. over unspecified “issues.” Sky News reported that the former Baywatch babe was due to begin a two-week stint as the Genie of the Lamp in Aladdin at London’s New Wimbledon Theatre this month, but gave notice that she’ll miss two scheduled performances. The actress currently in the role will continue until Anderson can take over.

CAMERON DIAZ LANDS NEW ROLE: Cameron Diaz will star in the upcoming raunchy comedy, Bad Teacher. Variety reports that the story centers on a foulmouthed, gold-digging middle-school teacher who, after getting dumped by her boyfriend, competes with a colleague for the affections of the school’s model teacher.

The original Tiger Woods mistress, Rachel Uchitel is reportedly getting sued by the “friend” who broke news of her affair to the National Enquirer. After the story came out, Uchitel denied having slept with Woods and indicated that the publication’s source, Ashley Samson, was a liar, party girl and druggie.An insider told RadarOnline.com, “Ashley told the truth and Rachel trashed her and lied. That made Ashley furious.” She’s supposedly suing Uchitel for defamation.

Meanwhile, Radar claims that another Woods mistress, Las Vegas cocktail waitress Jamie Jungers, will give her side of the story on the Today show this morning.

In other news, mistress number two, Jamiee Grubbs released supposed text messages she’d saved from Tiger.

One exchange from Sept. 27, 2009 reads:

• TIGER: I need you
• JAIMEE: then get your tight (butt) over here and visit me! I need u
• TIGER: I will wear you out soon
• JAIMEE: how soon? I got a new piercing
• A couple hours later that same day, Woods vows to Grubbs “quietly and secretively we will always be together . . . when was the last time you got laid”.

In a text-swap on October 18th, Grubbs wonders “why I keep falling more and more for u .” Woods’ reply: “because I’m blasian .”
