JESSE JAMES UPS REWARD FOR LOST DOG: Sandra Bullock’s husband is offering $5,000 for the return of his missing dog, Cinnabun. Jesse James tweeted on Sunday that he was raising the reward up from $2,000. Cinnabun went missing last Monday in Long Beach.

MORE QUESTIONS IN BRITTANY MURPHY DEATH INVESTIGATION: Although the cause of Brittany Murphy’s death will not be released for weeks, TMZ.com reports that the L.A. County Coroner’s Office is now trying to fill in some critical gaps in her medical history, which could offer some clues. Sources told the website that Brittany was suffering from severe anemia and other conditions and was under a doctor’s care — however files show she hadn’t visited her primary physician in the months leading up to her death and was instead being treated by other doctors. The toxicology report is not completed and the pathologist also wants to know what medications may have been prescribed by the other doctors.

CHARLIZE THERON AND BOYFRIEND SPLIT? Charlize Theron has reportedly split from her long-term boyfriend, actor Stuart Townsend. Sources told London’s Daily Mail that Theron decided to split from her beau of nine years after a Christmas trip to Mexico and has since stopped wearing the antique ‘commitment ring’ that Townsend gave her as a symbol of their relationship. An insider told the paper, “They had become more like brother and sister than lovers. It was she who ended it.”

PARIS HILTON INVOLVED IN RESTRAINING ORDER DRAMA: A judge declined to impose a temporary restraining order on Paris Hilton after a man by the name of Ramiro Benitez filed a request, claiming the heiress has threatened him both physically and financially. TMZ.com reports that in a handwritten motion, Benetez also mentions “numerous sexual assaults” at the hands of Paris, but his penmanship is such that most of the document is illegible. TMZ reported that the restraining order has been denied, pending a hearing next month.

DREW BARRYMORE ENGAGED? Drew Barrymore is reportedly engaged. WorldofWonder.net reported that the actress changed her Facebook relationship status to announce the news. Barrymore has been linked to actor Justin Long for the past several years.

KATHRYN BIGELOW WINS TOP DGA HONORS: The Hurt Locker director Kathryn Bigelow won the Directors Guild of America award for feature film direction — becoming the first woman ever to receive the honor. Bigelow, who beat out her ex James Cameron for the award, took the stage to a “rousing ovation” and gave a short acceptance speech, which she concluded by saying, “This is the most incredible moment of my life.”

‘PARKS AND RECREATION’ RENEWED: Amy Poehler’s Parks and Recreation has been renewed for a third season. Although the show opened to mixed reviews and doesn’t draw big numbers, Variety reports that NBC executives have voiced strong support for the program.

SARAH JESSICA PARKER TO BE ON ‘VOGUE’ COVER: Sarah Jessica Parker was reportedly photographed last week for the June cover of Vogue magazine. A spokesperson for the publication denied reports that the actress was wearing only a bikini, but couldn’t say what she modeled.

The cast of Jersey Shore will be returning for a second season on MTV. The network announced that they’d come to an agreement with the cast on Friday (January 29th) after a week of negotiations during which the reality stars banded together “Friends-style,” each holding out for a raise of the same amount.

The New York Post reported that Paul “DJ Pauly D” DelVecchio, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Michael “The Situation” Sorrentino, Jenni “JWoww” Farley and the other stars wanted $10,000 per episode, with their contracts allowing them to do frequent club appearances for which they’d bank even more cash.

Tony DiSanto, president of programming for MTV, said, “Our audience has fallen in love with Jersey Shore and its amazing cast who have really grown together as a family. That bond gives the show its heart, and we’re thrilled to reunite these friends to bring fans more of what they love — laughs, love, drama and of course, GTL.”
