ARIANA GRANDE LEAVING SOCIAL MEDIA AFTER PETE DAVIDSON SPLIT: Ariana Grande has seemingly referenced her breakup with Pete Davidson in a now-deleted Instagram Story. “Ok today was v special and i’m so grateful i was able to be there,” the 25-year-old said in reference to Tuesday evening’s taping of NBC’s A Very Wicked Halloween, where she performed. The special will air later this month. Ariana continued, “Time to say bye bye again to the internet for just a lil bit. It’s hard not to bump news n stuff that I’m not trying to see rn. It’s very sad and we’re all tryin very hard to keep going. love u. and thank u for bein here always.” Neither Ariana nor Pete has made an official statement about the split so far. Ariana did speak out about her anxiety this week.

LUIS FONSI SETS SEVEN GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS, THANKS TO ‘DESPACITO’ – (10/18/2018)

It’s been a year since “Despacito” was the biggest song in the world, but it’s still breaking records. Luis Fonsi has received seven Guinness World Record titles thanks to “Despacito,” which was No. 1 for 16 weeks last year. According to the Guinness World Record website, the song, which was first released on January 13, 2017, has broken the following records:

  • Most weeks at No.1 on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs chart: 57.
  • Most-viewed music video online: 5,003,945,241 views as of April 6, 2018.
  • Most-liked video online: 29,585,207 million likes on YouTube, as of August 31, 2018.
  • Most-viewed music video on YouTube (duet): 5,003,945,241 views as of April 6, 2018.
  • Most-streamed track worldwide: 4.6 billion times worldwide as of July 19, 2017.
  • First YouTube video to receive five billion views: achieved on April 4, 2018.
  • Most-viewed video online: 5,003,945,241 views as of April 6, 2018.

Fonsi posted a photo on Instagram of himself posing with his honors, and wrote, “Yesterday, Guinness World Records surprised me with these seven awards. I am very honored to be part of the Guinness World Records family. ‘Despacito’ broke seven Guinness World Records in a year and it’s all thanks to you. Thanks to everyone who worked to achieve this success!”

Luis also thanked his collaborators on the song – Daddy Yankee and Justin Bieber – as well as his co-writer and producers.

KENDALL JENNER’S STALKER LOUNGING BY HER POOL? Security can only do so much when you have a mountain in your backyard. Kendall Jenner has another stalker, TMZ reports, and despite seriously upping her security, 37-year-old John Ford scaled the mountain in the back of her ritzy complex and ended up in her backyard, by the pool. By the time her security crew called police, he’d escaped. This was last week, but then he returned again on Tuesday and police caught him. He is being detained on a 5150 psychiatric hold. This isn’t his first time stalking Jenner: Ford was arrested last month for breaking into her community as well.
