ALEC BALDWIN CLAIMS NIECE HAILEY DID TIE THE KNOT WITH JUSTIN BIEBER – (09/19/2018)

After reports surfaced that Justin Bieber and his fiancée Hailey Baldwin had secretly gotten married, Hailey tweeted “I understand where the speculation is coming from, but I’m not married yet.” She then deleted that tweet – and now her uncle is seemingly confirming the under-the-radar nuptials.

On the Emmys red carpet Monday night, Hailey’s uncle, nominee Alec Baldwin, said, “Well, they went off and got married, and I don’t know what the deal is, because I mean, we text Hailey every now and then…we met him one time.”

Asked if he’d give Bieber a talking-to about treating his niece right, Baldwin said, “That’s not my job. She has a dad and I’m sure he has a few paragraphs about that, so I’m not worried.”

Hailey’s dad is Alec’s brother Stephen Baldwin, who’s appeared in movies like Born on the Fourth of July, The Usual Suspects and The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas.

ARIANA GRANDE’S CLOUD FLOATING INTO STORES NEXT WEEK – (09/19/2018)

Ariana Grande has announced that her new perfume, Cloud, is now available online, and will arrive in stores September 23rd.

The $50 fragrance, packaged in a bottle that looks like a blue-and-white cloud is described as an “uplifting scent” that has notes of lavender, pear, bergamot, coconut, praline, vanilla orchid, and cashmere. It’s the singer’s fifth scent, following Sweet Like Candy, Ari, Frankie and Moonlight.

Ariana may have a sixth scent in the works as well. TMZ reports that her company has filed paperwork to trademark the phrase “Be Grande” for use on fragrance products including perfume, cologne, lotion, bath and shower gel, body scrub, body mists, and more. The fragrance will reportedly be gender-neutral.

JULIE CHEN TO STAY ON AS HOST OF BIG BROTHER: Despite stepping down as host of The Talk, Julie Chen is determined to remain on board at CBS’ Big Brother, TMZ reports. Chen relinquished her post at The Talk on Tuesday following her husband Les Moonves ouster from the network over sexual misconduct allegations. Insiders tell TMZ that CBS didn’t put any pressure on her to leave, but that she may have decided to because of the topicality of the show and the fact that her own story would likely be part of the content.

GLENN WEISS’ DAUGHTERS BLINDSIDED BY PROPOSAL: Director Glenn Weiss became the toast of the Emmys on Monday after he proposed to girlfriend Jan Svendsen during his acceptance speech. While several stars in attendance were visibly overjoyed (Jimmy Kimmel, Leslie Jones, Benedict Cumberbatch and Claire Foy), his daughters were blindsided by the shocker and as a result, less than delighted, Page Six reports. An insider tells Page Six, “He’s coming across as this great romantic hero, but it was pretty thoughtless.”
