JEFF BRIDGES REVEALS LYMPHOMA DIAGNOSIS: Jeff Bridges is battling lymphoma. The 70-year-old wrote on Twitter: “I have been diagnosed with Lymphoma. Although it is a serious disease, I feel fortunate that I have a great team of doctors and the prognosis is good. I’m starting treatment and will keep you posted on my recovery.” He added: “I’m profoundly grateful for the love and support from my family and friends. Thank you for your prayers and well wishes. And, while I have you, please remember to go vote. Because we are all in this together.” (Page Six) 

INTERNET DIVIDED OVER BILLIE EILISH’S SNEAKERS – (10/20/2020)

The Internet is divided over the color of Billie Eilish‘s sneakers.

 Sunday (October 18th), the singer shared a photo of her Nike Air sneakers on her Instagram Story and joked that her father thought they were “pink and white” when they are actually mint and white.

Her father was not alone. Eilish showed documentation proving the sneakers were mint and showed them photographed alongside pink sneakers to prover her point, but many Instagram users still saw green in the images.

The Grammy winner could be heard saying to her mother that the entire internet was trying to “gaslight” her.

HAILEY BIEBER GETS RING FINGER TATTOO – (10/20/2020)

Hailey Bieber honored her husband with a tattoo of his initial and a star on her ring finger.

New York City-based artist Mr. K shared an Instagram snap of the 23-year-old’s new ink alongside a caption that made it clear the “J” is for “Justin Bieber.”

The model also shared an image that shows she also had the word “beleza” tattooed on her neck, meaning “beauty” in Portuguese.

BLACKPINK’S LISA MANOBAL IS MAC’S NEWEST GLOBAL AMBASSADOR – (10/20/2020)

BLACKPINK‘s Lisa Manobal is the newest global ambassador for MAC. She’ll be representing the cosmetics brand and working behind the scenes on some of the collections.

In a press release, the rapper said, “Together with MAC, I am excited to invite and empower more audiences as we both have individuality and diversity at our core.”

CAROLE BASKIN COMES OUT: Carole Baskin has come at as bisexual. The Tiger King star told Pink News: “I have always considered myself to be bisexual. Even though I’ve never had a wife, I could just as easily have a wife as a husband.” She said she discovered her bisexuality in the 1980s. (Pink News) 

AMC TO OPEN A DOZEN CINEMAS IN NY: AMC Entertainment will resume operations at a dozen theaters in New York State October 23rd. NY is “vital to the theatrical exhibition industry,” the world’s largest chain said Monday. AMC will now be operational in 44 of 45 states where it has theaters. Titles across its chain will include Tenet, The War with Grandpa, Honest Thief and 2 Hearts — in theaters now – and The Empty Man, Come Play, Let Him Go, Freaky, The Croods: A New Age, Happiest Season coming up.

BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN SETS REMAKE: Fifteen years after Brokeback Mountain was released, the screenplay is set for a virtual all-transgender cast. The film, starring Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaal, follows two cowboys who fall in love. The new reading will stream online October 18th as part of NewFest, New York’s annual LGBTQ film festival. Leo Sheng will star as Ledger’s Ennis while Brian Michael Smith will play Gyllenhaal’s Jack. The cast also includes Jen Richards, Alexandra Grey, Mal Blum, Jes Tom, Mars Dixon, Theo Germaine, Jordan Gonzalez, Drew Gregory and Vico Ortiz.

TARAJI P. HENSON & FIANCE SPLIT: Taraji P. Henson has ended things with her fiancé Kelvin Hayden, she told “The Breakfast Club” radio show Monday. “I’m dedicated to the black man, y’all. I just turned 50 and I mean, I hadn’t said it yet, but it didn’t work out,” she said. “I tried. I was, like, therapy. Let’s do the therapy thing, but if you’re both not on the same page with that then you feel like, you’re taking it on yourself, and that’s not a fair position for anybody to play in a relationship.”
