DEMI LOVATO OPENS UP ABOUT EATING DISORDER AND SHARES STRETCH MARK PHOTOS – (12/28/2020)

Demi Lovato revealed details behind her struggle with her eating disorder and how she’s been handling recovery.

On Christmas Eve (December 24), she shared a series of photos of her in a bathing suit. In the caption, she admitted that she used to genuinely believe that recovery from an eating disorder was not possible and thought that everyone was faking or secretly relapsing behind closed doors.” She shared photos of her stretch marks and wrote: “I’m so grateful that I can honestly say for the first time in my life – my dietitian looked at me and said “This is what eating disorder recovery looks like.”

She said that she wanted to celebrate her stretch marks instead of being ashamed of them and addressed those who are struggling with eating disorders. She posted this: “Let this be a reminder to anyone who doesn’t think it’s possible: IT ACTUALLY IS. YOU CAN DO IT. I BELIEVE IN YOU.”

BEYONCE TO DONATE $500,000 TO PEOPLE IMPACTED BY EVICTION CRISIS – (12/28/2020)

Beyoncé is stepping up to donate $500,000 in increments of $5,000 grants to help people facing foreclosures or evictions due to the housing crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

According to her website, people can start applying for the grants beginning on January 7. 100 people will be selected to receive the money.

This is not Beyoncé’s first effort to help communities hurt by the pandemic. Her foundation, BeyGOOD teamed with the NAACP earlier this year to support Black-owned small businesses impacted by the pandemic. So far providing 250 businesses with $10,000 grants.

In May, she set up mobile covid-19 testing sites with her mother, Tina Knowles-Lawson, in their hometown of Houston, Texas. She also donated, in partnership with Jack Dorsey’s Start Small fund, $6 million to coronavirus relief in April.

SHIA LABEOUF ‘NEEDS HELP,’ LAWYER SAYS – (12/28/2020)

Shia LaBeouf’s lawyer admits that the star “needs help” amid a career meltdown following a sexual misconduct suit filed by his ex FKA twigs. The 32-year-old musician accuses him, among other things, of sexual battery, assault and infliction of emotional distress and knowingly giving her a sexually transmitted disease. In the suit, another ex, Karolyn Pho, accuses him of similar behavior. The singer Sia supported twigs’ allegations, saying that he “conned” her into an “adulterous relationship” with him. 

“Shia needs help and he knows that,” LaBeouf’s celebrity attorney, Shawn Holley, who previously repped OJ Simpson, told E! News in a statement on Christmas Day. “We are actively seeking the kind of meaningful, intensive, long-term inpatient treatment that he desperately needs.”

Twigs’ lawyer Bryan Freedman told Variety that the suit was filed only because he was allegedly  “unwilling to agree to get appropriate help” when she tried to settle the matter privately. 

LaBeouf has a troubled history regarding problematic behavior; in 2014, he pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to six months of outpatient rehab. In 2017, he was arrested for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, and was sentenced to probation and told to undergo therapy. 

Meanwhile, the actor has recently been removed from projects, including Olivia Wilde’s Don’t Worry Darling, reportedly due to his problematic behavior. Netflix has removed LaBeouf’s name as a best supporting actor contender from its online For Your Consideration ads for his role in Pieces of a Woman.

TWITTER DRAGS KIM KARDASHIAN’S CHRISTMAS ABS – (12/28/2020)

Mutant Ninja Turtles and Hulk vibes may not be what Kim Kardashian West was going for, but that’s what folks were feeling when she debuted her Christmas lewk. While her crew scaled back their iconic annual Christmas party this year, the Kardashian-Jenners did all connect at Kourtney’s house, and posted multiple shots of the festivities on social. 

She revealed on Twitter that her dress was made by design house Schiaparelli, and may have been masterminded by the creative director Daniel Roseberry himself, whom Kim tagged in her post. “A special thanks to @danielroseberry @schiaparelli for my amazing gown that made me feel festive this year even though our Christmas Eve party was canceled,” she tweeted.

The response was intense. “Is it just me or did Kim Kardashian dress up like a teenage mutant ninja turtle for Christmas???????” tweeted author Dana Schwartz.

Others saw the look as less “turtle” and more “Hulk,” including one user who commented under Kardashian’s post, “But why is she dressed as the hulk and wearing eggplant earrings….” 

Another user asked: “why is no one talking about the fact kim kardashian skinned the hulk alive and wore his abs to christmas dinner”?
