JUSTIN BIEBER, ED SHEERAN CONFIRM NEW SINGLE ‘I DON’T CARE’: Justin Bieber and Ed Sheeran confirmed they have teamed up on a new single. The two shared details about their new collaboration, “I Don’t Care,” Tuesday ahead of the song’s release. Bieber confirmed the title in an Instagram post featuring his and Sheeran’s names. He also confirmed the song will debut Friday. Sheeran had teased snippets of lyrics to the song Monday. Bieber and Sheeran had teased a new collaboration in Instagram posts Sunday and Monday.
LADY GAGA ROCKS 4 OUTFITS AT MET GALA LOOK – (05/08/2019)
Lady Gaga fired on all four cylinders Monday night at the 2019 Met Gala.
As one of the co-chairs of the annual fashion event, which this year celebrates the new exhibition “Camp: Notes on Fashion,” the Oscar-winning singer-actress changed into four different looks on the red carpet as she made her grand entrance to the annual fashion ball.
First, the pop star hit the carpet in a billowing sea of fuchsia, complete with giant bows, huge golden eyelashes and a gigantic train that flowed beautifully in front of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, thanks to the help of assistants, including Gaga’s designer Brandon Maxwell.
Assistants next helped her take off the outer pink layer to reveal a strapless, asymmetrical black gown with one dramatically molded hip. The second dress matched her new accessory, a black umbrella. She showed it off with another walk up the stairs.
The black material was soon gone to reveal a fitted hot pink column dress. This look was paired with oversized Linda Farrow sunglasses and a retro block cell phone.
Finally, Gaga stripped down to her skivvies. She wore glittery stockings under a sparkling bra and underwear paired with sky-high black boots. She sprawled out on the stairs and vogued for her onlookers.
There were more even accessories: She wore a 28-carat Tiffany diamond choker and rolled a pink wagon with Maxwell’s champagne, along with two pink hats in lucite boxes that looked like the one she wore on her Joanne album cover.
When the fashion moment was finally over, Gaga and Maxwell high-fived on their way inside the gala.
NICK JONAS COMPARES MET GALA LOOK TO ‘GAME OF THRONES’’ LITTLEFINGER – (05/08/2019)
Some fans thought Nick Jonas’ 2019 Met Gala look channeled a particular Game of Thrones character: Petyr Baelish aka Littlefinger.
After reading the comparisons on social media, Nick got in on the fun and took the opportunity to tease his sister-in-law Sophie Turner, who plays Sansa on the show, about the resemblance (he was wearing a selection of silver rings and sporting Littlefinger’s signature goatee).
Nick posted a side-by-side of him at the Met Gala right next to a photo of Littlefinger, played by Aiden Gillen, on Instagram. “Sansa…We must protect the Vale,” Nick joked. “#metgala #littlefinger.”
Turner played along, commenting, “Quit trying to manipulate me…ugh I thought you died last season.”
Meanwhile, the Met Gala marked Turner and Joe Jonas’ first red carpet outing as husband and wife. They married last week in Las Vegas after the Billboard Music Awards.
Nick attended with his wife Priyanka Chopra, two years after they first posed together on the red carpet. At the time, they barely knew each other.
KELLY CLARKSON WANTS HER SON TO MARRY JOHN LEGEND’S DAUGHTER; ADMITS IT WAS ‘KINDA STUPID’ TO HOST BBMAS WITH APPENDICITIS – (05/08/2019)
Kelly Clarkson has realized it was “kinda stupid” of her to host the 2019 Billboard Music Awards while battling appendicitis.
Kelly not only hosted, but she even performed twice for fans during the three-hour ceremony, before dashing off to undergo emergency surgery.
Kelly assured fans she was “feeling awesome” in a Twitter post hours after the operation news hit headlines, but by Sunday, she admitted the recovery period “super duper sucks” because she isn’t a great patient.
Kelly returned to the spotlight on Monday as she resumed her role as a coach on The Voice, and in a chat with Entertainment Tonight, she played down all the praise she has received for pushing through her condition to complete her Billboard Music Awards gig as host:
[“Here’s the funny thing: everybody kept being like, ‘Oh my God. You’re superwoman!’ Nobody knows meanwhile, I performed onstage, and have been performing, with one of my friends that’s, like, fighting cancer. It feels just silly, people saying like, ‘Oh, I can’t believe she did this.’ And I’m like, I have friends that are going through much worse scenarios and doing it on the daily.”]
Kelly credits the adrenaline rush she experienced onstage with helping her play through the pain, but as soon as she wrapped up her duties as host, the extent of her condition really kicked in. “I felt uncomfortable during the show, but it didn’t really hit hard until the end of the show and my adrenaline just, like, left the building…,” Kelly confessed, insisting she is doing much better now. “It’s fine. Everything’s good.”
However, the mother-of-two recognizes that performing with appendicitis was “kinda stupid,” even though her doctor had signed off on her big gig hours earlier.
[You know, what I did was kinda stupid. Like, I probably shouldn’t have (pressed on with the show), but I did ask my doctor and we had things (preparations) going on in case it ruptured or whatever… It wasn’t just like, ‘I can do it!’ Like, I wasn’t an idiot about it. But I probably wouldn’t do it again.”]
Meanwhile, Mother’s Day is this weekend, and Kelly says she’s looking to another celebrity mom to help make a love connection for her three-year-old son Remy: Chrissy Teigen, wife of her fellow Voice coach John Legend:

JUSTIN BIEBER, ED SHEERAN SHARE CLIPS OF NEW SINGLE – (05/07/2019)
Justin Bieber and Ed Sheeran are giving fans a preview of their new single.
The 25-year-old Canadian singer and 28-year-old British recording artist posted snippets of the song after teasing the collaboration on social media. Bieber shared a clip Monday on Instagram featuring a tropical beat and a line of him singing, “We at a party we don’t wanna be at.” He appeared to confirm the single’s release date on Twitter, writing: “It’s happening. #Friday.”
Sheeran had shared a similar clip of the song Sunday on Instagram Stories. “Hey, guys. I’ve got some new music coming out. I just want to play you the song and see if you like it,” he said before the preview cut short.
Bieber previously posted the number “7” Friday on Instagram – seven days before the song’s release date of May 10th. Sheeran appeared to respond with the song’s title in the comments. “I don’t care,” Sheeran wrote.
Bieber and Sheeran previously collaborated on the songs “Love Yourself” and “Cold Water,” which Sheeran co-wrote. Bieber last released the single “Friends” in August 2017, while Sheeran released the album ÷ (Divide) in May 2017.
Bieber is also working on a secret project with YouTube, slated for release in 2020.
ARIANA GRANDE SAYS ‘THANK U, NEXT’ FRAGRANCE IS COMING – (05/07/2019)
Ariana Grande already has a number of fragrances to her name – including Ari, Cloud, Moonlight, Frankie and Sweet Like Candy – and now she has hinted that a “thank u, next”-inspired scent may be coming soon.
In an Instagram post, Ariana revealed, “so i’ve been working on a ‘thank u, next’ fragrance … & i can’t wait for u to see / smell her …. she’s like ari if she went to the beach one time.”
She followed that sentence with a coconut emoji, intimating that the new scene smells like her previous fragrance Ari but with a tropical twist.
“i’ll keep u posted … i don’t think i was supposed to announce this today but i’m excited and it smells divine so f*** it,” she added. “hi perfume team love u.”
Recently, TMZ reported that Ari has filed to trademark the phrase “Ariana Grande Thank U, Next” so she can use it on a variety of beauty products, including perfumes, colognes, body lotions, bath and shower gels, body scrubs, body powders and body mists.
ALESSIA CARA, BTS, ELLIE GOULDING, AND MORE TO PERFORM ON ‘GMA 2019 SUMMER CONCERT SERIES’ – (05/07/2019)
Good Morning America has announced the lineup for its 11th annual Summer Concert Series.
Things start off May 15th with BTS and then continue with artists ranging from Alessia Cara and Ellie Goulding, to Bastille and Blink-182, to Pitbull and French Montana, to Keith Urban and Lady Antebellum. Adam Lambert will also appear.
The series closes August 30th with Marshmello teaming up with country star Kane Brown.

TWITTER FLIPS ITS LID OVER COFFEE CUP IN GOT – (05/07/2019)
Something weird turned up in Sunday’s episode of Game of Thrones, and fans are not OK with it. In the great hall of Winterfell, a coffee-free fictional realm of Westeros, a coffee cup appeared on the table.
Screamed one fan via Twitter, “my favorite show in the entire world forgot a STARBUCKS COFFEE CUP ON THE TABLE WHILE FILMING.”
Every episode of the final season of the show is dissected on social media, and fans are losing their minds over the oversight, considering the reported budget of $10 million + per episode and the teams of production assistants, editors and set dressers responsible for making every element perfect.
CHANCE THE RAPPER HELPS CONVINCE WENDY’S TO BRING BACK SPICY CHICKEN NUGGETS – (05/07/2019)
Wendy’s will bring back its spicy chicken nuggets, thanks in part to a social media nudge from Chance the Rapper.
The fast-food chain removed the item from its national menu in March 2017, although a few markets such as Austin, Texas, and St. Louis, kept the dish.
But demand for the spicy snack continued to simmer and on Saturday, Wendy’s tweeted that if fans generated 2 million likes on the social network for their tweet that the spicy nuggets would return.
That afternoon, Chance the Rapper liked the Wendy’s treat himself and added his own plea for Wendy’s to relent: “Positive Affirmations for today: I WILL have a good day, I Will succeed today, Wendy’s WILL bring back spicy nuggets at some point please please Lord let it be today,” he tweeted.
As the number of likes soared, Chance even tossed in some album promotion as a part of his nugget campaign. Eventually, the brand confirmed that the nuggets would, indeed be coming back – at an unknown date.
“THIS IS NOT A DRILL! Spicy Chicken Nuggets are coming back! Y’all are crazy!” the fast food franchise tweeted.

ED SHEERAN TEASES NEW SONG AMID JUSTIN BIEBER COLLABORATION RUMORS – (05/06/2019)
Ed Sheeran has debuted a sneak peek at new music in an Instagram Story video.
“Hey guys I’ve got some new music coming out and I just want to play you the song … see if you like it,” Sheeran says in the clip before playing a snippet of his upbeat track.
However after the first line of the song is played, the music cuts out and Sheeran teasingly says, “Oh … Thought it was the whole song …,” before giving a shrug of his shoulders.
On social media excited fans reacted to the news, with many revealing that they “can’t wait to listen to the full song.”
Rumors also swirled that the track could be a collaboration called “IDC” which may feature Justin Bieber after eagle-eyed fans notice the file playing was called “idc_v10.05”.
The pair – who collaborated for Bieber’s track “Love Yourself” – has been teasing new music over the last few days.
ADELE POSTS CANDID MESSAGE ON 31ST BIRTHDAY & HINTS AT NEW ALBUM – (05/06/2019)
Adele, who turned 31 yesterday, posted an update on her Instagram, marking her first birthday after announcing her split from estranged husband Simon Konecki – with a hint about a possible new album.
“This is 31…thank f**king god 💀,” she wrote.
“30 tried me so hard but I’m owning it and trying my hardest to lean in to it all. No matter how long we’re here for life is constant and complicated at times. I’ve changed drastically in the last couple years and I’m still changing and that’s okay. 31 is going to be a big ol’ year and I’m going to spend it all on myself. MADONNA PAYS TRIBUTE TO FIRST GAY MAN SHE MET AT GLAAD MEDIA AWARDS – (05/06/2019)
Madonna accepted the Advocate for Change Award at the 2019 GLAAD Media Awards on Saturday night at the Hilton Midtown in New York City.
In her speech, the 60-year-old entertainer paid tribute to the first gay man she ever met – her high school dance teacher.
“The first gay man I ever met was named Christopher Flynn,” she said. “He was my ballet teacher in high school and he was the first person that believed in me. That made me feel special as a dancer, as an artist and as a human being. I know this sounds trivial and superficial but he was the first man to tell me that I was beautiful.”
“He took me to my first gay club in downtown Detroit. I told my dad I was having a sleepover at a girlfriend’s house — that got me grounded for the rest of the summer,” she added.
Madonna’s award was presented to her by Rosie O’Donnell, Anderson Cooper, and Mykki Blanco.
DIANA ROSS SAYS TSA AGENTS VIOLATED HER: Diana Ross was not happy with her treatment by Transportation Security Administration agents when she flew out of New Orleans. In a series of tweets Sunday, she said the experience “makes her want to cry.” Ross continued: “Its not what was done but how , I am feeling violated – I still feel her hands between my legs , front and back ( saying to me it her job ,) WOW!!really mixed emotions I always like to see the good things but not feeling good right now.” A spokesperson responded, saying that a review of surveillance footage “indicates that the officers involved with Ms. Ross’s screening correctly followed all protocols, however, TSA will continue to investigate the matter further.”
