JUSTIN BIEBER APOLOGIZES FOR APRIL FOOLS PRANK CLAIMING HAILEY BIEBER WAS PREGNANT – (04/03/2019)
Justin Bieber has issued an apology and an explanation for his April Fool’s Day prank claiming his wife Hailey was pregnant with their first child.
“there’s always gonna be people offended, there’s also people who don’t take jokes very well, I am a prankster and it was APRIL FOOLS. I didn’t at all mean to be insensitive to people who can’t have children. A lot of people I know, their first go to prank on April fools is telling their parents they are pregnant to get a big reaction,” Justin wrote in a message to fans on his Instagram.
He continued, “But I will apologize anyway and take responsibility and say sorry to people who were offended. I truly don’t want anyone to be hurt by a prank.. it’s like when I shoved cake in my little sisters face for her birthday expecting her to laugh but she cried. You sometimes just don’t know what will hurt someone’s feelings not to compare pregnancy with cake in the face but it’s just to paint the picture of not knowing what will offend. Some might have laughed but some were offended .. I think With pranks u sometimes have to roll that dice. #prankster #dennisthemenace #sorry #truly.”
Justin has said that he would like be a father someday, but even his mom Pattie Mallette wasn’t falling for the pregnancy post.
“I’m always on guard and ready for you today,” she commented, adding, “I am SO looking forward to the day y’all bringing me babies that are ‘GRAND’! You’re going to make BEAUTIFUL children and be GREAT parents when the time comes!!”
She joked, “Maybe just don’t call me Grandma. Or Nana. Or Nanny. Or… OKAY I DON’T KNOW IF I’M READY!”
THE JONAS BROTHERS ANNOUNCE NEW SONG ‘COOL’ – (04/03/2019)
The Jonas Brothers have announced that their new song “Cool,” the follow-up to their hit comeback track, will be released on Friday.
“🆒 drops Friday! Pre-save the song at JonasBrothers.com to hear it first 🌴😎,” the band wrote on their Instagram on Tuesday.
The recently reunited sibling trio – Nick, Joe and Kevin – were spotted filming a music video in late March in Miami – now we know what it was for.
A tweet from their official Twitter account features the announcement, along with a photo of the guys all dressed in blue Hawaiian shirts and sporting shades.
Their first single as a reunited band, “Sucker,” gave them their first No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
Meanwhile, the trio will also appear on the Adam Levine-produced new show Songland, which premieres on NBC May 28th. The show will give aspiring songwriters the opportunity to showcase their songs in the hopes of finding the next big hit.
MEGHAN TRAINOR, RYAN TEDDER, CHARLIE PUTH AND MORE HELP ASPIRING SONGWRITERS IN ‘SONGLAND’ TRAILER: A trailer has been released for NBC’s new musical competition show, Songland, produced by Adam Levine. The series, which debuts May 28th, features Ryan Tedder, Meghan Trainor, Charlie Puth, John Legend, the Jonas Brothers and more as they give aspiring songwriters the chance to showcase their original songs in the hopes of finding the next big hit. Songland premieres May 28th on NBC.
RUMORS FLY THAT KYLIE & JORDAN MAKE UP – (04/03/2019)
Kylie Jenner and Jordyn Woods’ BFF status has been on the fritz since Jordyn allegedly hooked up with Kylie’s sister Khloe Kardashian’s man Tristan Thompson. Khloe and Tristan, who have been rocked by his cheating scandals before, have split. They share True, 10 months.
While Kylie booted Jordyn from her guest house and Jordyn’s professional relationship with all of the KarJenner clan, Kylie and Jordan’s friendship status has remained unclear with multiple sources claiming they’d heal their rift as soon as the scandal died down. That time might be sooner than we expected, judging from Jordyn’s mom Elizabeth Woods’ recent comment on Kylie’s Instagram post.
After shared a shot of Stormi, Elizabeth left heart emojis in the comment section. That comes after Jordyn liked a shot of Stormi walking around with Travis Scott. The shot Elizabeth liked, btw, included a seriously sick handbag. According to Cosmo’s review of recent Insta posts, it appears that li’l Stormi has a purse collection worth roughly $20,000 (including a Louis Vuitton, mini Birkin and tiny Jacquemas tote).

JUSTIN BIEBER FACES BACKLASH OVER PREGNANCY APRIL FOOL’S DAY JOKE – (04/02/2019)
A lot of social media users didn’t find Justin Bieber’s April Fools’ joke funny.
Bieber, 25, took to Instagram Monday to share a caption-less picture of an ultrasound, implying that he and wife Hailey Baldwin, 22, were expecting their first child together.
Bieber took the joke a step further by sharing several pictures of Baldwin touching her bare stomach while surrounded by two gloved medical professionals, in what appeared to be a doctor’s office. “If U thought it was April fools,” he added.
His initial posts were filled with comments of support from friends and fans who congratulated the couple on their “miracle,” while others questioned if this was just an elaborate April Fools’ joke.
Turns out, it was. Bieber later added a third Instagram post of a puppy photoshopped into the ultrasound. “Wait omg is that a,,, APRIL FOOLS,” he captioned the picture.
While some users called Bieber’s prank “genius,” others said pregnancy is no laughing matter, slamming the singer for insensitivity for couples who struggle to conceive or have lost children.
Just a week ago, Justin wrote a note to fans about focusing on himself right now and putting music on hold so that he can “be the father I want to be.”
ARIANA GRANDE SEEMINGLY COMES OUT AS BISEXUAL IN ‘MONOPOLY’: As promised, Ariana Grande and her pal Victoria Monet released their new collab, “Monopoly,” on Monday. Not only did they drop the new tune, they shared a music video for it as well. In the clip, inspired by viral Instagram star Donte Colley, Ariana and Victoria dance and act silly for the camera together on a rooftop. “I like women and men (yeah),” Ariana sings in the song. Victoria, who came out as bisexual last year, replied to a fan comment on Instagram that said, “IS SHE BI OR NAH.” She responded, “She said what she said.” Fans are taking this as a yes! The song “Monopoly” compares girls to the classic board game in which players buy and trade properties with the goal of one person becoming the richest player.
JOJO SIWA ‘BABYSITS’ NORTH WEST – (04/02/2019)
Singer, YouTuber and Dance Moms alum JoJo Siwa recently played babysitter for North West.
The 15-year-old spent the day with North, the 5-year-old daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, at her colorful home.
Siwa shared a video of the experience online. North tried on bows, met Siwa’s dog BowBow, played hide and seek, made glitter slime and climbed inside Siwa’s infamous car. Siwa ended by gifting North a ticket to her concert.
“I had so much fun getting to film with North and @kimkardashian,” she wrote Sunday on Instagram. “Seriously North is SO adorable and awesome, and Kim is one of the SWEETEST people ever!”
Siwa also posted a photo Saturday with North and Kardashian.
“Filming this video ‘Babysitting North West’ was SO MUCH FUN! The video is hilarious and I can’t wait for you all to see it!” she wrote.
Kardashian said that meeting Siwa was North’s dream. “My baby girl North had her dream of life come true! She got to spend the day with @itsjojosiwa #speechless #bff #Only5Once,” she wrote.
In addition to North, Kardashian and West are parents to 3-year-old son Saint and 14-month-old daughter Chicago. The couple confirmed in January they are expecting their fourth child, a baby boy.
In March, Siwa won Favorite Social Music Star award at the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards. In the spring, she will embark on the JoJo’s D.R.E.A.M. tour, which will visit cities across the United States.
KIM KARDASHIAN TALKS BABY NAMES ON JIMMY KIMMEL: Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian appeared on Monday night’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! one day after Keeping Up With the Kardashians premiered. When Kimmel asked Kim about how she picks her baby names, she said: “I definitely take a family survey. But it’s usually after the baby’s born or we’re trying to figure out what the baby looks like. I usually go about three or four days nameless until I feel that it really connects.” Kim is expecting her fourth child with husband Kanye West. She will welcome this child, like her previous Chicago, via surrogate. Their other children are named North and Saint. Kim also said that she has been researching Armenian names, and has considered naming her baby “Rob” after her brother and late father.

STEVIE NICKS MISTAKES HARRY STYLES FOR AN NSYNC MEMBER – (04/01/2019)
Harry Styles was on hand to honor Stevie Nicks at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, but she wasn’t exactly sure what group he used to be in.
The legendary singer was opening up about her bond with Harry backstage following the ceremony on Friday in New York City.
“What I really loved about Harry was that when he decided to make a solo record from NSYNC … he chose to make NSYNC,” she said before starting to correct herself. “Sorry, not NSYNC.”
“Sorry. I’m never going to live that one down, I know it. One Direction. Well, I liked One Direction too,” she added.
Harry also joined the legendary Fleetwood Mac singer to perform “Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around.”
In his speech to the star ahead of the award, Styles said: “Stevie Nicks is the first female artist to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame a second time. First, with Fleetwood Mac, and now for her unforgettable solo work. With Stevie, you’re not celebrating music from long ago through the mists of time. She was standing on stage headlining a place doing her best work just three nights ago. She is forever current. She is forever Stevie.
He continued, “‘Dreams’ was the first song that I knew all the words to before I really knew what the words meant. I thought it was a song about the weather. But I knew that it was a beautiful song about the weather,” Harry said.
He added, “She’s so wise and serene. She sees all the romance and drama in the world and she celebrates it…She is a magical gypsy godmother who occupies the in-between. It’s a space that can and will only ever be hers.”
DEMI LOVATO SENDS POWERFUL MESSAGE AFTER READING BODY SHAMING HEADLINE – (04/01/2019)
Demi Lovato is clapping back at a journalist who commented on her weight in a headline.
The 26-year-old singer took to her Instagram story to respond after a seeing the body shaming headline that noted she “appears to have a fuller figure.”
“I AM MORE THAN MY WEIGHT,” Demi wrote, before opening up about the dangers of body commentary in the media.
She continued, “Unlike the past, I’m not triggered, I’m not upset that someone wrote a headline about my ‘fuller figure.’ I’m angry that people think it’s okay to write headlines about people’s body shapes. Especially a woman who has been so open about being in recovery from an eating disorder. I’m not upset for myself but for anyone easily influenced by the diet culture.”
Demi went on to send a message to those struggling with body confidence and included the apology she received from the article’s author.
“Thank you for understanding where I‘m coming from,” Demi responded. “Let’s create change together.”
MEGHAN TRAINOR SAYS SHE IS STILL MARRIED AFTER FORGETTING RING AT HOME – (04/01/2019)
Meghan Trainor says everything is a-okay with her and hubby Daryl Sabara.
Meghan forgot her wedding ring for the first time since marrying Sabara in December as she hit the red carpet at the 2019 GLAAD Media Awards on Thursday.
“Now that I’m a wife – I’m sorry, bae – [It’s my] first red carpet I forgot my ring,” Trainor revealed to ET. “So nothing’s wrong. Nobody panic at home – everything’s great. I just simply forgot!”
“Marriage is great, though,” she continued, praising Sabara. “He sings backup on every single song I write now. He’s in the tracks, the background tracks, and he actually writes songs with me now too. He’s learning. He’s like, ‘This is my dream,’ because he loves music. So, this is a dream come true.”
However, the couple isn’t planning to start a family – just yet anyway.
“Oh my god, if I could be pregnant right now, I totally would,” she said. “And if I could pop out two kids right now, I totally would, but I gotta like, tour one more time, and I’m exhausted.”
“I’m like, ‘Tour, kid, plus this?’ Like, I just won’t have time,” she explained. “When I got married, I was like, ‘Let’s do it!’ Like, I got inspired, and I had to reel it in. I had to be like, ‘Listen,’ so we got a dog. We got another dog!”
Trainor is focusing on her upcoming third album. “I’m sticking to my roots about writing inspirational, big anthems about loving yourself. And Treat Myself is the album and I got a couple big songs on there that are sassy,” she teased. “I have amazing features that I can’t talk about yet, but you will drop on the floor. Like, you are going to freak out!”
‘A STAR IS BORN’ SOUNDTRACK SURPASSES ONE MILLION IN US SALES: The soundtrack for A Star Is Born has surpassed one million copies sold in the U.S. It sold 16,000 copies in the week ending March 21st, helping it reach its new total of 1,003,000 after 24 weeks, according to Billboard. This marks Lady Gaga’s fourth million-selling album, following Born This Way, The Fame and The Fame Monster. The last album to sell a million was another soundtrack, The Greatest Showman, which was released in December 2017 and reached the milestone after 23 weeks. A Star Is Born, which includes the Oscar-winning No. 1 hit “Shallow,” is so far the top-selling album of 2019, with 298,000 copies sold this year.
