NEW MUSIC: Billie Eilish – My Future
Billie Eilish returned with her new single “My Future” yesterday – which was also her brother/collaborator Finneas’ 23rd birthday.
The song follows “No Time to Die,” the title track for a not-yet-unreleased James Bond film. Its corresponding animated video was created by Australian artist Andrew Onorato.
“We wrote this at the very beginning of quarantine,” Eilish said in an email to fans. “It’s a song that’s really, really personal and special to me. When we wrote this song, it was exactly where my head was at – hopeful, excited and a crazy amount of self-reflection and self-growth. But recently it has also taken on a lot of new meaning in the context of what’s happening in the world now. I hope you can all find meaning in it for yourselves.”

Feel Good Story of the Week: UPDATE! Ryan Reynolds Helps Find Stolen Teddy Bear!
Actor Ryan Reynolds shared a tweet from Deborah Goble, a Canadian Broadcasting Company reporter who’d asked her followers for help tracking down a stolen teddy bear that means a lot to its original owner. Instead of simply sharing Goble’s message with his 16.2 million followers, Reynolds went a step further, offering a “no questions asked” $5,000 reward for anyone who returns the bear to its owner, 28-year-old Mara Soriano. The bear contains the voice of Mara’s mother, who passed away last year, saying, “I love you. I’m proud of you. I’ll always be with you.” The bear was stolen in Vancouver during a recent move and is still missing.
